A rotating door of staff so you never recieve consistent products. I unfortunately only have this one on my way Into work in the morning. Honestly debating stopping all together with anythingfrom the company because the service and wait times are so bad. It doesnt matterif you are the only person in line or 5th your minimum wait is 10 minutes at the very least and ththaththatththaththats just for you coffee. If your anywhere from 3rd or back in line you should just leave. Also somehow thier donuts are soggy some how. I've only ever seen soggylooking jelly donuts at this location. Worst chain around, whenever I go to this one I get treated HORRIBLE. I was 8 months pregnant and pretty big. I ordered a small coffee and this blonde girl mid 30s was so rude to me, and a customer was behind me and she was SO nice to them. I greeted her with a smile and everything and even gave her a tip. Waited 10 minutes for my coffee when she handed the customer behind me his coffee and said i hope you have a good day! And just stared me up and down. They’ll get your order wrong, and hold your correct order hostage unless you allow them to throw away the original item they screwed up.
Why do you insist on wasting food? Do you not throw away enough donuts and muffins every day?
Just get the order correct. Why did I have to call Dunkin corporate to resolve something that could have been resolved in the store?
