I wanted to share my recent experience to let you know what happened and hopefully help other customers avoid the same issue. I ordered a super taco with all the works, but what I got was just a tortilla with chorizo and cheese. For nearly $7, I was expecting what Iāve previously had for years let down š, so I had to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed.
When I got there, the older gentleman who prepared my order was very dismissive and insisted that what I was given was correct. He argued with me instead of trying to resolve the problem, which was pretty disappointing. I didnāt receive an apology, even though I wasted time and gas to come back.
For anyone planning to visit, Iād recommend double-checking your order before leaving to make sure itās right, especially if youāre getting something with specific requests. Itās important to speak up if somethingās not done correctly. As a regular customer, Iāve always liked your food, but this experience really stood out as a letdown.

I am absolutely livid. I took a bite of this taco that had been āreplacedā by a man I watched cook it for only 30 seconds on the grill. I found it odd at the time but figured it might be pre-cooked meat, so I let it slide. I brought it home, ready to eat, only to discover that it was extremely undercooked. This man deliberately served me undercooked porkāa serious health hazard that could make me sickāall because I had the audacity to complain about my food (in a respectful manner, no less).
To make matters worse, when I tried calling to address this, my calls were ignored. Gerardo, I hope your boss sees this because itās beyond disappointing to see someone intentionally try to put a customer at risk. Shame on you! Can't blame you for craving them but use cash if you can and don't use their website to order. It's been too often now that they'll double charge or mistakenly charge the wrong amount and have to charge again. The problem is that they need a manager to process the refund for the wrong transaction and it's a hit or miss that one is working. When they're especially busy they'll forget to edit the transaction before their merchant account processes the day's payments so both transactions will be processed and it's a pain to reach anyone at the restaurant to assist and therefore takes longer to be refunded - all bec it wasn't handled properly to begin with. Ordering from the website used to be easy and convenient but I was informed today that while it's still fully operational and processing transactions, the business hasn't utilized their website in some time and therefore will not honor any orders processed through them directly.
