Bad order, I am a food delivery guy. I arrived at 12:35, my App reminded me to pick up the meal at 12:41, and I checked my order at 12:41, and she said that she needed to wait 10 more minutes. I was helpless, where did I wait, but after 25 minutes passed, she still couldn't give me the order. During these 25 minutes, 3-4 other food delivery staff took the order. I have encountered similar experiences many times. I concluded that the probability of waiting for a long time to pick up the food here is 90%, and they cannot deliver on time in the order of the order. The food delivery person loses about $10 in revenue every 30 minutes of waiting. But this shop does not seem to care about the waiting time of the driver, and does not seem to take any measures to improve efficiency. I very much hope that the store manager will see this feedback to improve the status quo and jointly maintain...

Weeks later and protocol is the same. If you are ordering delivery from here it will be late through no fault of your driver.

Made to wait 40 minutes for a single sandwhich.

Every time I come here is the same. At least 20 to 40 minute wait for a simple slice of bread with cold cuts and condiments.

Are they slaughtering and curing the deli meat fresh for each order?

Edit: Update on current state of affairs. Still 20 to 40 minute waits for sandwhiches. Very frustrating if I am trying to get orders to people on time. I sometimes give this place a chance but it always ends up the same. Incredibly long waits for simple cold cut sandwhiches and they will consistently tell you "there is one order ahead of you 5 more minutes" as you watch them take 10 walk up orders and do those first.

DO NOT order delivery from here and expect it to be...

We had a bad experience with them a few months ago but the sandwiches are so good we decided to try again. We placed an online order at 10:10 for a noon pick up. We received an email confirmation immediately, and a second order reminder at 11:50 saying that our order would be ready soon. We got there right at noon, our order wasn't ready yet. We watched and waited as people who ordered after us or who were picking up online orders came and went. Finally at 12:23 we were handed a bag...

The food is good, but if you're in a hurry or on your lunch break, go somewhere else. One last thing, I watched the girl making sandwiches stop, pick up the phone, look at it and put it back down, all with the same gloves she was just squeezing water out of the sauerkraut to put on...
