Give me back my partial cash refund. I just ordered food from you all. Pad Thai and Sushi. I’m 5 minutes away and heating bags exist. The House Pad Thai was cold had no seasoning and is mainly noodles and egg with a couple pieces of meat for $35. You all gave me cold soup and stale unwrapped fortune cookies loose in the bag as well🤨. I paid $50 and waited for food I didn’t eat and had to get elsewhere and have someone else deliver it to me. I sincerely regret paying in cash.

Update: They are THIEVES and LIARS! Woman played crazy on the phone, “We don’t do deliveries….” As if my food magically teleported to me and I hadn’t just handed my money to the same person. As if her voice isn’t recognizable! Then there was literally a guy in the background explaining my order that he fulfilled. Owner refused to give me a rightful refund. Then switched the story to she was going to redo my order and redeliver it but I waited the rest of the day and she never came! Nobody to take this food back now so I’m throwing it away. Just lie after blatant lie was told. Terrible customer service, complete lack of integrity and complete lack of...

we went to the Chinese restaurant On Tuesday night and when we arrive, the place was not too crowded. I was looking forward Chinese food as there are not a lot of options in Valdez. I ordered a crunch roll. It was very disappointed. The role appeared to me that it had been made several hours earlier in frozen and thawed Out. I’ve been a lot of sushi in this by far was a worst roll I’ve ever had. I also ordered the general tow chicken. That was not bad and I would order it again if I was forced to go back to that restaurant. My wife ordered mandarin chicken there was recommended by the waitress that by far was the worst Chinese dish I have ever had. Our Bill with tip Was over $80 definitely not worth it. I’ve read a lot of the reviews and wonder if the people leaving these reviews have ever had good Chinese food before. My advice is go to one of the food trucks in town and do not go to the...

Got coupons from LuluBell though Itd be nice to try it out since people from LuluBell were such nice people. First of all I was standing there really long time with nobody came. Then I asked if they got menus in Chinese, I was told, "we are not Chinese." So I asked, because from LuluBell people I was told it was a Chinese restaurant. And this waiter rolled his eyes and said not all Asian are Chinese. Excuse me? You using our language & food, and the same time advertising yourself as "Chinese restaurant" locally and on internet, and you feel like you can lecture me about Asian and Chinese you are wrong. I strongly suggest you take off your Chinese sign and advertisement before this turn...

It was pretty good seemed to be priced well for Valdez and was overall quite enjoyable I will say their soups are probably the best I have had at any Chinese food restaurant in Alaska with their egg drop soup being my favorite in particular. I will say though come a little early they seem to fill up fast after 5:30pm and the wait for done in and order out seems to get longer as well but that's expected

Good place for a hot meal after a long day of fishing! Also seems to be the only place in Valdez open past 10pm which came in clutch. They had Stella on tap, bottles of Tsingtao and sake which helps warm you up after a cold rainy day on the boat. The staff was friendly and attentive. Honestly one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been to!

Absolutely loved their Mongolian beef. Tons of beef, full of flavor and great amount of side of rice. I would go there again if I lived here. Super yummy. The Togo was slow so order ahead. Mine took 30 minutes. Like every businesses right now, there's a huge shortage in staff. Be understanding and eat on! Yummy! Highly recommend!
