Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Valdosta

09/03/2022 10am I don't eat fast food, but my mom and godson said that everything was fresh and hot. I went in to use the restroom. On my way to the RR, a VERY nice worker greeted me and asked how my morning was. I smiled and we exchanged a few pleasantries.

Upon entering the restroom, one stall was dirty and everyone avoided it, so on my way out, I told the lady and the look of concern in her face was genuine. She has passion for what she does and we need more workers like her in the world. She IMMEDIATELY grabbed gloves from her pocket, thanked me, then took off in that direction.

I didn't get her name, but she was about 5'5, older with salt and pepper braids. She was in the table area. I put the date and time above because management needs to figure out who she is because she really deserves some recognition. Most employees these days would've probably been disgusted with what I told them and made a face bc they had to clean it, but not her. She was unbothered and headed straight to the mess. This chick Fil a is giving out half empty fries. Check your order and don’t let them rush you out of the drive thru. It has happened twice when I order a large. Previous review: Just used my points to get a large fry and it looks like they gave me a mediums worth of fries, not a full large. Previous review: Barely anything on my salad, and wrong dressing every time. I asked for it with no bacon. When I got it I pointed out it barely had anything on it. The manager said we use scoops so it has the same amount on it. Just because you use a scoop doesn’t mean I got a full scoop on my salad. You can tell by looking at it. Chick-fil-A chicken is very good for the most part even though the chicken pieces if you have chicken tenders they're much smaller than you get at Hardee's for the same price or cheaper at Hardee's. The chicken tenders at Chick-fil-A being much smaller are often on the dry side in comparison the larger chicken tenders at Hardee's and much more moist. If you get the chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A the buns are always 100% of the time soggy while on the other hand, comparison of the buns at Hardee's for their chicken sandwich are always fresh, soft, but not soggy and the chicken the chicken sandwich at Hardee's is much larger than Chick-fil-A.
