By far worst customer service I have ever had. The older silver haired lady in there is so rude. The first encounter I had with her was a few years ago. My daughter and I had just walked in and were looking at clothes, mind you when we walked in there were clothes at the end of the isle on the floor. She came up to my at the time 10 year old daughter and yelled at her to pick the clothes up right now. Mind you I’m the adult if she has an issue she can talk to me. I expected to her that we hadn’t even made it to that end of the isle yet and that my daughter did not knock the clothes off. She keep insisting that she did. Another employee came up and apologized for her and says she is always like that. Today I was in with my sons shopping for school clothes. We get up to the counter to pay for our things, I smiled at her and said hello and she never said a word. My 8 year old son had his arms resting on the counter and she looked at him and told him to back away from the counter. I said excuse me, what’s the problem? She stated that she did not want to get sick. I said ma’am he isn’t sick but you do work in a public place. I told her not to worry about it and just keep everything that we had brought up to purchase. She Smirked at me and said okay. I told her this was the second time she had been nasty to my children and that I wouldn’t be back. She also told me it was HER counter and she could do as she pleases. That might work for her up there but one thing that will not happen is her talking to my children the way she has. The customers in front of me where also having problems with her as they checked out. She is running off all of the bealls customers in lake park. I would rather drive to Valdosta even though I live in lake park just to avoid her...

Since living in the area for over 20+ years this location alone I have spent well over hundreds of dollars as well as being a current active bealls credit card holder. A silver hair lady with short hair kept staring me down like I was going to shoplift instead of doing work and helping her fellow employees that clearly needs to be done in the store. I decided to not buy anything here and will be shopping with my bealls credit card at other locations instead of this one. Another Employee I believe by the name of maya that they hired awhile back also had bad customer service the previous times I went there would be on her phone, not greet me nor ask me for my loyalty number like the other previous employees would even after spending $200 alone in one transaction with her. Read moreI direct this complaint to the employees in customer service. I spoke with customer service and asked, after receiving my new credit card from you (Bealls), what my due date was. ( I am disabled and can not read normal print). I explained my disability. I was told that my due date was the 5th of every month. NOT!!! It's the 4th of the month. I have almost always, paid on the 5th, and have consistently paid a $35 late charge for the last 18 months. I would like to add I had called several times during the outbreak of covid-19 trying to make payment. At that time I mentioned what my due date was. (5th). I should have been told then the correct due date.
