Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Valdosta

Came in to order 8 pizzas 2 supreme 2 meat lovers and four pepperoni that they already had made. One of the workers was sitting on the counter where you prepare the food and the person taking the orders was not paying attention to me standing there. The young lady turned to me and stated it would be two hours before my order would be ready when it wasn’t even busy at all. I was the only customer in the store. I told her just the supreme and meat lovers needed to be made since they had plenty of the others in the warmer. She stated that was for walk in customers. Well hell what am I. You have lost a loyal customer for life. This may not mean much to you, but I work in healthcare and know all the major Doctors, NP and nurses in our community. Word of mouth will kill you. Try real customer service and manners and your business may thrive...

I was disappointed to see a C on the health code rating after I ordered my Hot and Ready $5 pizza. The employee was polite and professional and said the wait would be 15 min. They didn't have any of the $5 Hot and Ready pizzas ready. They are pushing the $6 ones another lady came in and was very rude about it and the employee did her best to maintain her professionalism. But another customer and I did notice that while we waited, they did not make ANY $5 pizzas unless someone ordered them there. Otherwise they kept offering the $6 and up pizzas. I wont be surprised if they phase out the $5 ones. I would give the employee 5 stars for following corporate instructions and remaining professional. But 1 star for corporate and 1 star...

This place has gone down hill consistently in the quality of their pizzas. What a shame, they used to be reliably good. Recently (dec. 2019) had a pizza from here, later had the worst case of heartburn, guess it will be awhile for next time. Just tried them again for the first time in 6 months since Dec and the pizza was so soggy that it fell apart when trying to take a piece that was poorly cut. I don't know what happened to this place but it sucks now and I won't patron them again for some time to come. Corporate needs to look into why there quality is so bad here, the other location is not...
