Had the worst experience ever here last night! My husband went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 pack of Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos (the only tacos our kids will eat). He came home to fine NONE of the tacos were nacho cheese. When I returned to correct the problem, I was informed they were completely out of nacho cheese shells and had substituted Cool Ranch shells instead. First of all, WHY would you do that without informing the customer first? Had I wanted cool ranch tacos, I would’ve ordered cool ranch tacos! We spent $30 for food my kids wouldn’t even eat! When I requested a refund, the girl was rude and inconsiderate as if their screw up had somehow inconvenienced her! The “manager” was extremely rude when returning my money. Instead of refunding the entire $30, she gave me $22.67 because my husband neglected to return an order of pintos and cheese to the bag. My point was quite simple ... would you go somewhere and spend $30 for food you didn’t want? When you go out for dinner with your family ... do you allow the waitress to order for you? Nobody said anything about the lack of nacho cheese shells, they simply replaced them with cool ranch shells without a word to the consumer. Also, isn’t it against health regulations for them to accept food returns? To anyone that received soggy cool ranch tacos from the Taco Bell on N. Ashley St in Valdosta last night ... they were probably...
Read moreI put in a mobile order as we were pulling in, I knew it would take a few minutes to be ready, being that we just put the order in and they seemed to be getting a little busy. So we just sat down to wait on our food patiently. About 5 or ten minutes go by, the cashier was talking to an employee from the kitchen and walked out to us and asked what the name was on the order. She walked back to the kitchen and was talking to the same employee. That employee from the kitchen area, started yelling across the lobby at me, “you should tell us you are here” I told her that we had just put the order in. She and a couple of the other kitchen employees proceeded to tell me that I need to tell them that I am there to pick up an order. (I was watching them make our food, so I knew it wasn’t ready.) The argument went back and forth for a minute, while we were waiting on them to finish our order. They continued to say things like “that’s okay, if their food is cold next time, it’s their fault.” This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. They are rude, unprofessional and definitely don’t need a job in customer/food service if this is how they are going to behave. Judging by the other more recent reviews, this seems to be a trend with the...
