Well snow cone was good, but there a saying in the food industry, and it goes like this: “ good food will get customers to come once, but good service will get them to come back” this was the second time we have come and both times the service was horrible, the younger girl was miserable and rude, truthfully if she worked for me, she would not have a job, employees like that will destroy a business, there so bad for business. Came here with 5 kids and our total was $15 including mine. A lot cheaper than getting everyone milkshakes from a nearby place, which is what they wanted. Try the one with ice cream in the middle, it was pretty good. My daughters went to the restroom and the lady that was cleaning up threw their ice cream away by mistake. She offered to remake everything but I didn’t think it was necessary as we were almost done. Very friendly staff. So the soft serve comes in a way smaller cup now and they still charge the same as when it came in the larger cup. I get that they had problems with the ice cream machine but since last year the ice cream doesn't taste as good and the small size cup there is layered so the middle is hollow too. I get cutting costs where you can but wow you really went overboard with these.
