Zacadoo's Grill — Restaurant in Valdosta

ABSOLUTELY THEY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE AND IM 55.... THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN AT 6:30 pm THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE..WE ORDERED FOR MYSELF MY DAUGHTER AND MY TWO GRANDKIDS .. GOT OUR FOOD SAT DOWN.. MY DAUGHTER WENT TO COUNTER TO GET KETCHUP AND AGAIN WAS TREATED TERRIBLY.. SHE HAD GOTTEN WINGS BUT HAD FORGOT TO ORDER HER RANCH AT THE COUNTER DUE TO THE CASHIER BEING SO RUDE.. AFTER GETTING UP THE FIRST TIME TO GET THE KETCHUP SHE ASKED ME TO GO TO COUNTER.. I PROCEEDED TO GO UP AND THE CASHIER LOOKED OVER ME TO LOOK AT THE DOOR ,SEEN MORE CUSTOMERS COMING AND AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED STOMPING AND HUFFING AND SLAMMING DOORS AND SLAMMING THE ICE MAKER BECAUSE SHE HAD TO GET ICE... I WAS NERVOUS AT THAT POINT BUT CONTINUED TO STAND THERE UNTIL ANOTHER GIRL CAME FROM THE BACK..I ASKED HER FOR THE RANCH AND SHE HOLLERED AT SOMEONE ABOUT HOW MUCH THE RANCH WAS...SHE PROCEEDED TO SAY IT WAS 31 cents.. MY DAUGHTER SAID SHE DIDNT FEEL LIKE SHE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR RANCH AFTER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAD RECEIVED (it was bad y’all.. BAD ) THE CASHIER PROCEED TO CALL THE POLICE .. THE FREAKING POLICE FOLKS OVER THIRTY ONE CENTS ... WE WERE ABSOLUTELY HUMILIATED AND WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN ANOTHER ZACADOOS ...EVERRR... YES WE PAID THE THIRTY ONCE CENTS OR GO TO JAIL!!!!! THREE COP CARS SHOWED UP OVER THIRTY ONE CENTS AND A TINY CONTAINER OF RANCH..... THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO YELLING INVOLVED NO NAME CALLING AND NO FOWL LANGUAGE..JUST A SHOW DOWN OVER THIRTY ONE CENTS AND RANCH DRESSING... AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN...

Pleeeasantly surprised by this place. The outside was cute-ish, inside not so cute, and the food was dang good. The inside of the restaurant was somewhat unclean when we went, and didn't have much decoration. The workers, while mostly friendly, seemed to be cool with talking to their coworkers as they took our order which was slightly awkward lol. I honestly wasn't expecting much because everything seemed kind of plain I suppose, but once I tasted some of the fried chicken, I changed my mind haha. Their chicken tenders was delicious! Not super heavily breaded with a yummy flavor and dipping sauce (the sauce was kind of like Raising Cane's or Zaxby's type sauce), pretty good mac n cheese, not to mention the cookie we got for dessert was massive and delicious😆 They apparantly only serve the biscuits and stuff in the morning (guess I didn't see the sign? Idk haha). The food was quite yummy, and would stop there again while passing...

Zacadoos on Ashley Street has been my favorite lunch place for many years, and I’m there a few times a week. They are cheaper than anywhere else, but I may have to quit going because the food hasn’t been good for months, and the employees obviously don’t care. The fries are usually little pieces that are way overcooked. I’ve had burgers made completely wrong several times. Once I got one that had nothing on it but one slice of onion! Last week they gave me one with two top buns that was so sloppily put together I could barely hold onto it. I’ll never understand their method of putting mayo or ketchup only on one side. They must change suppliers weekly because the food tastes different about every other time. The worst thing is the burgers are usually lukewarm at best. I might’ve had a hot one twice out of the last 10 visits. Come on, Zacadoos! You can do better! You went up on prices but wayyy...
