Have 3 stars even though the food was good it was inconsistent. This review is the new store just opened off highway 20 at the old Runza building. Wish I could be more positive because the burger was good, except the meat was undercooked. Very under cooked. Hamburger meat to ensure safety requires 160°F. Went back a second time and specifically asked for well done hamburger meat, & it was only slightly better. Terrible service. Ashleigh made us wait for every step, ignored members of our party, and was clearly lounging and talking to other patrons or standing at the front of the kitchen and chatting rather than checking with us or even taking the bill.
