You folks have a little gold mine in your Vallejo store, but if you could give us a place to get in contact with you directly it would be a wise thing to do. You are suffering from a painful growth period, you have hired someone(s) who is not paying attention to the details, being quiet careless. They're already costing you money. Twice within 14days my order has been wrong, coming back to resolve the problem is not possible for me, The fact that no one can phone you directly is bad businesses, so is a lack of consistency from those that you have hired to do the work at your ordering window. Please don't ignore the problems within your business, those are the type of things that can totally ruin an otherwise good restaurant, believe I speak from much experience on the subject. My family has had 50 years worth of experience in the restaurant business here. I know what I'm talking about and trying to share with you!! Please save it, fix before that long line of customers disappear. Remember there are several other quite good restaurants that are doing just what you are, don't blow your window of opportunity. You will likely not get another opportunity like this one! Good food and lousy inconsistent hired help (or using family members that are not up the task) is not a recipe for success! Read moreWow. The Machaca breakfast burrito. First they customized it the way I wanted and this thing is a burrito for TWO!!! Massive. Heavy; you could do curls with this burrito. Really good flavor, freshly scrambled eggs, right amount of Pico de Gallo inside. Had the second half for lunch. Will definitely come back to try other menu items.
Went back a week later. Carne Asada/steak breakfast burrito. Again the morning lady customized it perfectly, no potatoes and Pico de Gallo inside (no liquid just the tomato, onion, cilantro so the burrito didn't get soggy). Huge burrito that was breakfast and lunch. I wish I could post the pics of my burrito... it's on point. Also it's wrapped correctly so I can eat and drive and not have burrito falling / leaking all over me.
Now the outside looks uninviting - not even sure it's open but I saw one car in parking lot (assume it's the morning lady / employee). English is her second language so be prepared to use a little "taco bell Spanish" or break out your Google translate in case you don't speak Spanish...
Read moreI have eaten here quite a few times and the food is really good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the last time I went there. I got some guacamole and ctips. Because I didn't feel like making it at home. But when I got back to work with the large guacamole and chips. That's when I noticed. It just looked like a green sauce. There were no chunks, no onions, no tomatoes, no, nothing. I thought it was the green hot sauce. And when I tried to take it back. The lady said you didn't get it from my shift. So I can't return it for you. And I just asked her to exchange it for the guacamole that I had before on my steak fries and she said they don't make real guacamole. Because some people don't like the onions and tomatoes. I'm not sure why. I got real guacamole on my steak. Fries and was happy but when I just got the guacamole by itself. I was not so I have to think about if I'm going back...
