I just wanted to leave a review to praise the girl behind the counter (I wish I got her name) for her grace and kindness. I came in 9/2 which is Saturday of Labor Day Weekend and though it was about 20 minutes till closing and I had a group of 6 people with me, she still gave us no trouble and made our orders quickly. Following me were a group of 2 who came in 10 minutes before closing and a group of 4 who came in 5 minutes before closing. She turned away the group of 4 since after taking the 2 orders ahead of them, it would be closing time and she has the right to refuse service after closing. One of the 4 members was very rude and bratty and threw a fit in the store over the initial denial of service. Though they were very rude to her, the worker was still kind of enough to agree to take their order. I want to emphasize also that she was working alone on a holiday weekend. I wish I got her name but my family and I tried to tip her as best as we could! I wanted badly to speak up for her but I was with children and didnât want to get into any altercation. Props to you though because you were kind and respectful despite not deserving that treatment. Thank you for service...
Read moreThis CREAM location is not like others I've visited. We were passing through Vallejo when I had a craving for something sweet, and our internet search brought us here. Though it smells great from the cookies, I wasn't impressed with the presentation. I had a hot fudge sundae, but the fudge wasn't hot, and there was only 1 scoop of ice cream in a 16 oz cup. I had to ask for whipped cream... it's a sundae! Who serves a sundae without the whipped cream? To top it off, I saw a small roach running on the counter by the register, near containers full of toppings (e.g. crushed oreos, sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc.) that were loosely covered with plastic wrap. This was not a good experience. Therefore, it's a one and done...
Read more3:30 pm on a Sunday, not busy. It's very easy to overlook Creamy. The sign is not large, nor does it stand out. Its colors blend in with the arbor of the building. However, it's a nice little place. Great service, quite a different variety of flavored ice creams, while offering different cookies, toppings & drizzles. You can choose from a single/ double scoops, a sundae, ice cream sandwich, shakes, or even ½pints or full pints of ice cream. They're also reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the music is so loud, it was difficult to communicate with the attendant on both our ends. Plus, the intense volume made for a hectic atmosphere. If they were to turn down the volume, it would make for a more pleasant &...
