Crumbl — Restaurant in Vallejo

I don't get this place. Went there a couple weeks ago on an evening and they were sold out of almost everything. So we went back this evening to pick up our online order and waited for at least 20-30 minutes and these lame employees you have never acknowledged our presence at the pick up counter. They just kept yapping between themselves. People kept coming in after us, and the guy would bring out boxes and hand them over, never saying one word to us. No hello, no questions, no f off, nothing. Just put us on ignore for some reason. Very weird business you have here. And, while waiting for those 20-30 minutes, we started to notice how filthy the whole place is. Everything is filthy. The countertops, the giant mixers, the tubs holding products, everything, the floors were really disgusting. I finally started going thru all the boxes sitting on the pick rack to see if our name was on one. Nope. So, I ended up walking behind the rack to get the guys attention since he wasn't going to acknowledge us. One of the boxes with no name on it was ours. What a joke. Rude treatment + dirty facilities + expensive = we won't be back. And the cookies aren't that great either. 20 bucks for 6 little cookies. Again, I don't get this place. Welcome to the...

I went to Vallejo Crumbl and my experience was not the best.. I ordered online and the pick up time was 5:30 pm and order paid. I was at the Vallejo store at 5:10pm, the crew named Peanut came and assisted me. Looked for my order and then told me that my order will be ready at 7:30 pm. I looked at him and he stated " I know.. I know.." I made a bargain and asked if by 6:30 pm there will be an available Dubai cookie. Peanut look at the time and said "It should be ready by then." I came back at 6:15 pm, waited and Peanut saw me nodded and I was thinking it must be ready. Peanut came to me told me it will be another 10 minutes wait because the Dubai cookie is still getting chilled. I waited but then Peanut's shift ended and then the lead crew named Israel came and talked to me. With his firm word letting me know that the Dubai cookie will be ready by 7:30 pm. With this experience I do not recommend going to Vallejo branch. Customer service and organization for online ordering and in store selling is not well performed. The owner should do more training on how to handle orders especially if they will see that the product is in demand. And it should...

Listen y'all!!!! These cookies are fire!!! I bit into that raspberry cookie and i wanted to slap everybody in the store! I felt all my worries melt away. My spirit left my body went to heaven and high-fived Jesus and came back. I went through 3 different emotions when I ate these dang cookies!!! I was happy it tasted so good. I was mad because they should warn people about how addictive they are and lastly, Tears came to my eyes with sadness because i had eaten it so fast and i wanted more. I feel like I've found my calling and will now preach the Gospel that is of the wonderful life-changing Crumbl Cookies

I bought the Raspberry buttercake cookie, lemon cheesecake, and a chocolate hazelnut cookie (can't remember the exact name) they were all amazing. If you liked the Kentucky Butter Cake cookie from about 2-3 months ago, you'll love the raspberry one. I actually had one with raspberry and one just plain with only the butter glaze. Lawd these were some good cookies. Now I'm hooked. No for real I been thinking about that dang. Raspberry cookie all day since I ate it.
