Food is pretty good, but I was put off by the length of time to be seated (place is SUPER small, with limited seating), and the multitude of signs indicating in large print all through the restaurant saying "NO substitutions allowed", and "Don't be surprised when the price is different than what's printed if you deviate from the menu". I have no problem paying extra for my order substitutions...but I don't want my eating establishment telling me "No substitutions" then stating sarcastically, don't be surprised when the price is higher if you change menu items". Restaurants are in a food SERVICE industry, and the signs everywhere in large print and highlighted, is not sending a friendly message. I'd rather frequent an establishment that'll take my substitutions, then charge me extra accordingly...no need to adversely diminish my dining experience with such insulting signage. I hate to say it...but that alone is enough for me not to return again...especially when there are so many other eating establishments that will not impose stringent rules regarding simple...
