Casey's — Restaurant in Valley Center

Worst gas station I've ever been to I've received better service at corner stores in bad neighborhoods than here all across the country as well never ever going to a Caseys again how are yall going to charge people for A DECLINE FEE I just got this card and get the numbers for my pin mixed up sometimes the fact yall charge a decline fee is beyond me I'm so bothered and yall employees are ether dope heads and or both just don't care about there jobs can't ever order pizza here without an issue employees do more talking than their job i live a 2 minute walk away much rather take the drive to 53rd and meridian at that gas station across from Walmart they are on point there though I will say the pizza at caseys is really good but wayyyy to expensive and good luck even ordering one or even getting a employees attention and lol looking at all these reviews looks like nothing has changed and for the owner I don't know why you bother apologizing to these people why don't you go chew these employees a good one or run the store your self cause obviously no one else can. This place is AWFUL!!!! It seems every time I order I go and pick it up and the order is wrong and or they forgot to make it! It’s been MONTHS since I have ordered from here and I figured I would give it another try! Well NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I walk in 30 min after I made my order and when I walk in I tell them the name on the order and they can’t find it... then they asked what I ordered I told them and they said “oh well we have it but for some reason it’s under Lisa” so they go to put my pizza in a box and realize they made it wrong!! It was a simple order and they made it wrong!?!? So they said “well if you can wait another 30 min we can make you a new one! But make you a large instead of a medium and we will only charge you for a medium!” At this point I was mad because not only is my order wrong you want me to wait another 30 min and then pay for my food that YOU messed up! At that point I was upset I told them to keep the pizza and I WILL never order from them again! This place is HORRIBLE and have TERRIBLE...

I’m really sad to leave this review. I love this Casey’s. I’ve been a customer of this Casey’s for 4 years now. Almost in there daily if not multiple times a day. Renee has been the manager for as long as I’ve been going in there and she is the most amazing person and the most hard working person I’ve ever met. This one star is a reflection on whoever is in charge I believe her name is Karen. I love this community and the employees that are at this Casey’s. I found out recently that 4 employees just quit. And now they are giving Renee two weeks and she’s gone too. I’m sad to say but if there is no Renee then I’m not spending anymore money at this location and will not be ever going to Casey’s again. I will also be spreading the word in my community about this matter. This is very upsetting and not to mention unfair to everyone involved including your customers!
