I will never EVER buy from here again! I am giving everyone fair warning! We purchased a sectional couch from them. We were talked into the fabric protection , insurance.... Whole nine yards. A $900 couch quickly turned into $1500. But even that was somewhat ok. But after receiving our furniture we immediately started having issues. The two pieces do not have a way to connect them so the always slide around. The seat cushions on one side always slide off because the only put velcro on half the couch. Even that i tried to live with. But then I noticed that every little spot showed on the fabric. Even baby drool. Which upset me because I paid extra for fabric protection. Farmers solution was to give me a bottle of cleaner so I could clean it. I was very upset. Then the leather got a stress tear behind the back, the cushions started going flat and the Ottoman side started sagging in the middle of the front frame. All within a few months. So I told them. They came out and looked, he agreed it was bad and took pics. Never heard a word. Continued paying on time every month. Every month I asked about the repairs my couch needed. Everytime no one knew what I was talking about. We have now had our couch 11 months. Its still not fixed. For 3 months now they have claimed the parts to fix it have been ordered but have not arrived. These people are...

I am happy with the service and products I received and I look forward to continuing to do business with them. From adapting to my preferred method of communication, to working with my non-traditional work schedule, it was one of the best experiences I have had in the service industry in such a long time! My only concern is when they delivered, setup was not included. I'm not sure if that's standard or if it was product specific. My oven was easy to set up, but my next purchase will be either a bedroom suit or dining set, neither of which I want to put together myself š. Fingers crossed its because I ordered a stove this time or paying for set up is an option. $99 for delivery should include setup in my opinion, but the service received during the process of initial contact, purchase, and delivery was above and beyond. They treated all their customers coming in with the same dignity and respect. This is always a plus for me especially with all the touchy and questionable things in today's society! We have recommend this place to many people and ever since they people who used to work there, like one named Jennifer, and ever since I bought that dinning table it has been the worse place ever.There material is not good at all!!They denied to repair my chair and was being rude and racist, they also tried to threatening me by saying they were going to send me to jail..As I was in there,there was this man who was also complaining.
