Okay, so me and my boyfriend put in an online order on Saturday. We get order and go home, and when we went to distribute our food, my boyfriend had half his order while over half of mine was missing. I had gotten a make your own cravings box which consisted of a crunchwrap, five layer burrito, fiesta potatoes, and a Baja blast. I also ordered a pack of cinnibon delight's and nacho fries. Out of all the stuff I had in my order, I only got my fiesta potatoes, and nacho fries. Completely unacceptable.
So, after awhile, we go back, receipt in hand. We get there, and the manager on duty told us that we basically need her to see the bag in order to get the rest of my order...? Like...what?! Which I have a feeling how it would go if I did bring the bag cause some things (mostly my boyfriend's things, and my nacho fries) were already eaten. I feel like she would be like 'you can't get your order cause such and such is missing' so I didn't bring the bag with us. The lady was like 'im gonna need to see the bag because I packed it myself. Everything should be in there.' and I'm thinking ' obviously not. Otherwise we wouldnt be having this issue.' but I kept my mouth shut.
We go home, and after awhile my father in law calls the store and speaks with the manager. We go back, I get my order. I go home and eat. Now this is where things really get 'good'. I was completely fine all of Saturday. I eat my order and a few hours later, I go to bed and I'm violently shivering in bed (no windows are open, no fan was running. Nothing). Just violently shivering and I couldn't breathe out my nose for nothing.
I believe one of the employees decided to be extra generous and decided to share their cold with me because I am on day 3 of having a cold. So beware people. Eat here at your own risk. We sure as hell will not be back! I hope this place either gets shut down or gets new management. Or at least whoever contaminated my...
Read moreI promise you, they’ll never get another penny from me!!!! This location was HORRIBLE. First, we waited about 40 minutes to get our food in the drive thru. We pulled up to the drive through and the lady was not welcoming nor was she friendly. When we pulled up we was greeted with a “hold on” for a good ten minutes. Ordered the food and was told to pull around to the parking lot to get our order. You would think we ordered the whole menu… we ordered 3 combos. once we were parked, we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. We noticed other cars were receiving their meals, even cars that came after us. After about a 40 min wait on our meals, we decided to jump back in the drive thru. We asked the lady did she forget about us she said “no”.. she hand us our bag and we saw the food was tossed in the bag. Cheese and lettuce was all in the bag. We gave the bag back and her and another employee were looking inside the bag and I over heard one of them say “yeah it is thrown in there” insinuating that whoever bagged up the food threw the food in there all type of ways. Upon opening our burritos, I was annoyed. My burrito was flat and clearly missing add ons in the burritos. It seems like the burritos was deliberately made the way because I order the same meal each time I visit a Taco Bell so ofcourse I know how it should look and taste. Read moreOrdered a Taco Salad at Taco Bell in Valley, Al. I live 20 minutes from this location. Ordering was ok person was nice. When going to the pick-up window lady there was friendly. I received my food in a timely manner. I brought home my Taco Salad opened it up & was shocked. Let me ask anyone? Have you ever ordered a Taco Salad, only to find after your HOME & hungry that the lettuce & tomato are missing.😱. The shell was there & a little blob refried beans, some rice, the little red corn strips, but Lettuce, nope missing as well as the tomatoes. A bit of cheese very little stuck to rice. As I touched the salsa cup, it was already open, a had drained all over the bottom of the box. Called the manager on shift 9Pm or so, she was very nice. She stated she had told the staff they were out of lettuce & sour cream not to make Taco Salads. I told her I would come to taco bell on Dec 24th to get my refund. She stated that was fine. I just can't believe someone would make a Taco SALAD with no lettuce, & have the nerve to pass this out the window to a paying customer. The lady at the window most likely did not make the item here in question, so I can't blame her. I'm just venting here because I wanted dinner real quick. Very disappointing to say the least. No dont want anyone fired, but maybe some training maybe in order....
