Krystal — Restaurant in Valley

Me and my two friends went to eat here. We were the only three in the restaurant. We ordered and waited for over twenty minutes for our food. We had to go up and ask about it. They had the food sitting back in the kitchen and just never gave it to us. Then, we went to leave and the door was locked from the inside. We tried to open it and the worker rudely said “do y’all need to leave”. My friend was already upset about the treatment and said “Yes that’s why we’re standing at the door”. The worker, once again very rudely, said “well you should’ve said something instead of just standing here looking at it”. As any normal customer, we didn’t know that the inside of a restaurant would be locked so we did not know that we needed to ask for it to be unlocked. The restaurant was not going to close for a few more hours, so there was no reason for the door to be unlocked in the first place. The worker yelled swear words across the restaurant multiple times. My friend hit his foot and yelled one. When the worker let us out, she told us that we should’ve watched our mouth. We then responded and she came out yelling and cussing at us. Not a very clean restaurant and awful service. If you need to eat in valley, I would not recommend coming to this place. Worst experience ever! Went out for a milkshake, and really like the ones that Krystal offers. Pulled up to the order box, then waited almost 4 minutes for someone to answer, just to be told "please hold". Minutes later when he came back on, I asked for a shake, but the ice cream machine was broken. Now, I'm trying to keep from getting too angry, and decided to leave. Oh yeah, I can't, because once you're in the drive-thru line, you really can't get out that easily. One car in front of me was the only thing keeping me from leaving. There were two cars in front of that car. I waited 9 more minutes for them to get the order ready for the car in front of the line, and who knows how long that poor sap had been waiting. The whole draw to fast food, is that it's actually fast food. Once they got their order, the line moved, and I was able to escape. Can't believe the amount of time I had to spend there to leave empty handed. The staff really needs to put a little more effort into their customer service. Extremely displeased! We stopped in at about 8:30 CT. At the Krystal in Lanette, alabama, to grab 5 regular burgers for my wife and 3 double cheese Krystals a fry and 2 drinks. When we get there, we where 4th in line to order. When I finally got up to place our order, we were told to hold on,10 minutes later, the lady finally took our order this time, there were about 10 cars behind us, we couldn't get out of line because of the cars in front of us and the ones behind us and a concrete curb to the side of us. As I said, we got there about 8:30, at 9:20pm we finally got to the pick up window, when we got our food all the burgers were cold and the frys were Luke warm, after all this wait time plus bad food, what we ordered came to just under $24, NEVER AGAIN will I go there and I hope none of ya'll do either, it was truly the worst Krystal I have ever been to, and I'm not even going into how nasty...
