L & L Nails Salon — Local services in Valley

I've been coming here off and on. Never really had a problem. However, during the last few times I have been here, the staff is not friendly at all. To be honest it seems like they look over certain customers and they treat certain people better than other's. For instance tonight I witnessed this one customer waiting for over an hour. The guy that does nails, he started to do his friend nails before this one customer that had been waiting longer than his friend. Also while the lady was doing my nails, he took one of the nail dryer fans from her and she was not finished with me. First of all, he didn't even ask if she was finished. But clearly he could see she was not. He just didn't care because he was working on his friend's nails.

I asked for a manicure and gel polish. Then once she did finish with me, I asked how much? She said, "$25". So the others started to talk amongst themselves in their native language.Then she comes back and says, no it's $28. Just the way they went about it, I didn't care for it at all. I got my nails did 12/18/21 Saturday by 12/20/21 Monday 3 of my nails were cracking and the paint was chipping . I got up early and waited before opening to get this issue resolved asap . They were about 20in it’s late as usual . When I finally got in the chair a guy other than the one who did my nails threw some acrylic on my nails didn’t even attempt to make them look like the other nails and didn’t even cover my natural nails fully .When I said something about it they became petty and made me wait behind everyone who had came after me . 0/10 don’t recommend.I got my toes done Tuesday and by Friday all of the gel polish were gone.I got gel nails and gel toes for vacation. The gel polish began peeling in my sock and in the shower. I went to the pool and by then all my toe polish came off. I went for a nail repair and they accused me of chipping them off ,very rude. They responded with “ I have many customers and they haven’t had any complaints”. “ kids chip their gel polish off”.
