Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Valparaiso

Had a horrible experience. While ordering for my self my wife and my children, i was constantly cut off by the window server asking "is that it?". Then after waiting for 15 minutes at the window and watching them walk around joking on their headsets, they asked me to park, which i did. Another 5 minutes went by where 2 more cars in the drive through were served. The employees were still joking around with each other and a "visitor" was inside with them talking and joking. When my wife went inside to see what was taking so long, one of the employees said "heres that lady" on the headset and they all started laughing. At that time she requested a refund at which time the employee shrugged, smiled at her and said "okay!" Poor management! Zero customer service. I understand that it takes time to make a large order but to be the butt of some inside joke is unacceptable. I will take my business and my money...

My family and I got shakes about 8pm on a Thursday evening. The employees were less than enthusiastic about our patronage, were openly digging through the garbage as we patiently waited over five minutes without being acknowledged at the window, and the gave us the wrong size shake after confirming the size just a minute before. Also the shakes were pretty expensive...

It wasn't a bad experience, nor was it good. It just felt something like knocking on a strangers door to use their restroom in an emergency... we got what we wanted but not without a few uncomfortable moments.

Good coffee. GREAT COFFEE. My biggest issue comes from the fact that they never, ever, EVER follow my order as I place it. I always go for the cappuccino blasts they sell, and every time, I ask for either A. Caramel B. Cinnamon on top of my blast, and I think they've only ever followed through with it once or twice. Munchkins regularly will be missing one or two, and the bacon is overdone half the time. It's too bad the small things affect the large things, otherwise, I'd actually enjoy going here.
