My experience with this Arby's tonight was absolutely disgusting don't waste the time just go to fort smith you get way better service. On upon arriving for a school fundraiser an "employee" was right against the door smoking a cigarette that me my husband 6 year old and 14 year old had to walk through just to get through the door then when inside we find out the online order did not work, so my husband shows them our online order to order the same order again now that we are there and our total online was 27 dollars how do we order the same exact items in the store and they charge 47 dollars! My husband is very polite and he just simply asked why such a big price difference? The lady at the front who was now done smoking her cigarette waddled up there to be horrible to my family! My daughter was there excited for her school! She proceeded to tell him that it was for the wrong store when he shows it IS the correct store her next answer was if you want that price we have to order online which we tried it wouldn't work even with that how does it go from 27 to 47 by the click of a button? That is all he wanted to know and so then she raises her voice at him which stuns everyone now everyone from the back is at the front so I step up and ask to speak to a manager and this woman declares she's the manager yep same lady who is yelling at my husband because he asked a question because he thought maybe he was over charged clearly since 27 and 47 are no where near eachother, I asked who can I speak above you and she WALKS OUT AND LEAVES!!! WE HAD TO GET THE INFORMATION FROM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE!! AND THE BATHROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MY 6 YEAR OLD WALKED OUT AND DIDNT USE IT! WHO EVER IS THE "MANAGER AT VAN BUREN ARBYS NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DIDNT WANT TO GET COLD SO SMOKES HER CIGARETTE RIGHT UP AGAINST THE DOOR TO RUN BACK IN WITH CUSTOMERS TRYING TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE BUILDING ANOTHER LADY KEPT GOING TO HER CAR AND SITTING WHEN SHE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING I WILL NOT RETURN AND THIS REVIEW IS GOING EVERY WHERE UNTIL LADY IS REMOVED THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR AND VERY...
Read moreI normally like this particular Arby's location a lot, it's near my home and it's one of my favorite fast food chains. I had several made on my order this last time, I ordered a #19 and several other things, when the gentleman didn't ask for what drink I wanted I asked him if he had made that a combo, he hadn't but he assured me he would fix it at the window. I got to the window and paid, after looking my receipt over I noticed they hadn't charged me for a combo. I pointed it out and they said they could charge me $4.49 to give me a drink and fries. I hesitated and he agreed to just give them to me because of the mistake. I asked for a sweet tea and took a drink while waiting for my food, it was a coke. I returned the coke and got my sweet tea. After waiting a good ten minutes my food was done. I got home and found that they hadn't given me fries. I tried to call but their number just kept ringing. It is a weak cop out so you don’t look any worse.
