McDonald's — Restaurant in Van Buren

Every single time I have been to a McDonald's in recent times, they simply refuse to give me dipping sauces for my chicken nuggets. The first time I went, I asked for 3 sauces. I go home with my order to find none in the bag. At first, I thought it's a simple mistake. The next time I go, I order just 2 sauces for my nuggets and again no sauce. I ask for the sauce before leaving, only to be told they're out. A few days later, I actually go to a different McDonald's and once again order a nugget meal and two sauces. I ask before we leave if they put the sauces in the bag. The cashier told me she personally put the sauces in there. I go home and again, no sauce. I am convinced that this is a secret policy of McDonald's to just refuse to give sauces in order to save money or something. I have no proof of this, but the fact that this has happened multiple times has made me suspicious. McDonald's has, in recent years, put in place multiple scummy policies to hurt their employees, such as the "no quitting" policy, so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there are some kind of policies to hurt there customers as well. I also wish to put into perspective the absolutely ridiculous price of the food. McDonald's has always been the place where you can get reliable food at a cheap price. Nowadays you can get better food for the exact same price at so many other restaurants. I see no redeeming qualities in any McDonald's location whatsoever and implore anyone tempted to visit to reconsider.

Ya know these past few ive wondered was has happen to the genuine customer service in the work place...I used to think it was just this new generation of kids(not all kids/young adults) but no! I was rudely thrown my food and drink with absolutely no hello, thank you, have a good day nothing! Im not saying you have to be over the top or anything like that because i do understand sometimes your super busy or what have you. And this was from a grown women and a manager at this establishment. Unfortunately this has happened numerous times to me at this exact place but ive never said anything until now. So to the manager that so rudely tossed my food to me this morning.. Instead of laughing and chatting it up with the worker next you that kept you from barely even acknowledging your customers, being a manager why dont you set an example for your employees on just basic customer service skills! They have different variety of drinks selections like a frappe or iced coffee they also have milkshakes to put it on what type you get like chocolate they have vanilla and they have a caramel frappe or a mocha frappe or you can get a combined they have apple pies cookies and they have variety of selections you can get we got chicken nuggets and fries chicken the combo meal with the four burgers 20-piece nuggets and a basket of fries and a drink you can get Pepsi Dr pepper Sprite Powerade water and just very much you want to get and you can also get Happy meals Big Macs chickens it is very so much you're in the mood for and also they have variety selections to choose from even for breakfast items you can get hot cakes breakfast burrito McGriddle McMuffins and they also have hash browns you could get in the morning I just started on what you're wanting to get and what you're in the...
