I thought really hard about posting this. But after it happens twice in one week. Iām ticked!!! The 7Brew in Van Buren, AR needs to pay attention to when a customer arrives. I go there several times DAILYā¦Has my necessary sugar free I canāt get anywhere else. But Iām gonna stop going and go back to making m coffee drinks at home if they donāt stop waiting on the car that arrives after me. I know they have 2 lines. But when there isnāt but one car in either ahead of you, COME ON!!!. You think they could see the next car that drives around the entire building before landing in a line. Today the girl inside kept saying someone needs to take 2ās order.?. Why hasnāt 2ās order been placed on the board? Let me answer that!!!!! BECAUSE THEY JUST WENT TO THE NEXT CAR THAT HAD JUST DRIVEN UP IN LINE 1.ā¢ā¢ā¢ EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE WORKERS STANDING AROUND OUTSIDE YET NO-ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION TO SEE THAT THEREāS ALREADY A CAR WAITING TOO!!!!!!!!!!!! Add insult on too. They got my drink order wrong even though itās right in front of them for days....

But this location has yet to serve me a drink that I do not either have to take back or throw away. They always taste burned. It must be a training issue. Please do better. Not only that, but most of the associates are extremely rude, managers will not call you (I think it was Maggie), and when replacing a drink they took one of the free ones I earned with points. The first time I have ever encountered that at a seven brew. I have visited this location four times this month and will be going somewhere else when I visit...
