Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Van Buren

Ive stopped here 5x and each time something is wrong with my order. At first I wasn’t given a fork and there was no cheese or tomato on the Buffalo chicken bowl. The second time they forgot the Buffalo sauce and ranch with it. The third time again there was no fork or cheese on the bowl. The fourth time I was given the wrong smoothie. The fifth time (today @ 12pm) I was handed the wrong food, then still did not have silverware after I left. Each time I also waited over 10 mins in line and it was not long. I absolutely love this place!

They hit all of the necessary points when it comes to a fast food restaurant with a drive thru such as fast service, a speaker that you can understand what the staff is saying, extremely fast and polite service, and then some.

Aside from that, it's hard to call the food they serve "fast food" because it's so much better than most food you'll find in a drive thru. Their smoothies are top-notch delicious and healthy, and their snacks are amazingly tasty and affordable.

So I normally don’t complain and I just want to start by saying that the people that work there is very nice. So I definitely respect that part. I ordered the three cheese quesadilla, and I don’t live that far so right when I got home, I looked at my quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I felt the inside and it wasn’t even warm. I was really surprised because they were not busy and everyone I knew told me it was the best but today wasn’t the day. Hopefully next time will be better. And they gave me jalapeño chips instead of bbq...
