We came yesterday around 4pm with my one and half twin girls, and a five year old boy and my mom. We haven’t had dinner in a restaurant for a long time because I am worried that the kids would make too much noise to bother others people. The food was great, we all had a great time, but the girls start making a lot noises when we about to finish. My husband had to take them out that way we don’t bother others. As well that’s why we were here at that time because it’s less busy. I was trying to finish up my food on my plate and try to pay on the little machine on the table. I was in rush because I was worried that they were going to be too much for my husband himself. I usually pay 25%-30% tips for the mess the kids made, and i always clean up every on the floor if I have a chance. But I was in such big stress and i didn’t chance the tip amount which automatically chose 20% by the machine itself. I run out to take care of the babies with my husband while waiting for my mom and my 5years old one to finish up. While I was about to leave the parking lot, the manager came out and stopped me by saying i didn’t pay. I took out my phone to check my Apple Pay and I remembered clearly that I taped pay and I hear the beep sound. I walked in with her with a great embarrassment ever in my life and everyone looked at me as a thief. The manager wasn’t being nice by that time which I totally understand! But I really didn’t mean that! I tried to find my transition record to proof my innocence, but I didn’t find anything. That was very very embarrassing! I paid with the machine again in front of everyone and tried to ask for a print receipt but the manager didn’t want print for me. Another waiter told her no you can print it. Anyway, I believe that the manager could see clearly that it wasn’t intentional, but she act very unfriendly. I don’t know how to explain, but if she could have shown some respect and understanding, I would be very appropriate! We will probably never come back this location anymore, I feel so bad until now and it probably will last for...
Read moreGrew up on Family Applebee's nights but this has been a long time coming...coming off several incorrect orders during Covid in NY we gave this location a chance. Here we go..Ordered steak medium well, got chicken medium well instead. Was supposed to be on a sizzling skillet with shrimp and mashed potatoes instead, I received a cold plate and NO sizzle. Steak was chewy and lukewarm while shrimp was room temp. Mashed potatoes were stiff and also room temp. Drink was so watered-down I might as well have ordered water and ice, flavor and whatever dash of alcohol they overcharged me for was gone in melted ice 2mins after it hit our table. Server initially took nearly 5mins to come back to my table to address my incorrect order (place was NOT packed and she literally walked by us atleast twice) she wasn't able to turn off the help light on the desk kiosk. After she left, I figured it out and turned it off....She seemed new so it is what it is. You know how you would wait with food so the family can eat together...well our kids food was about 20mins ahead of ours. Friendly to children and kind, just not very good at service...left the minimum tip... July 31st, 8:14pm Highly Not Recommended I am very disappointed in the service I got from this store, not only did the server act disrespectful he treated my family and I like we were insignificant.

I am very unimpressed about the service that was provided to me today, not only was Jeff inconsistent and inconsiderate with us from the very beginning but you had the audacity to come grovel at my feet when you made a mistake of charging me the wrong table and when I put my head into my hands and whispered to myself to calm down so I would not blast you. You threw your hands up into the air and said Fine we will just leave it You Jeff are getting paid to service those that come into the restaurant, not the other way around.
It was very unprofessional how you and your manager handled this situation.
I have over 14+ years experience in: HACCP, Assistant Management, Customer Service, Food Safety, Customer Complaints. When I brought what we experienced to the manager he listened and walked away without doing something to fix this problem.
