Pho 4Seasons — Restaurant in Vancouver

Pho 4Seasons is a new spot in the strip mall with plenty of parking, so getting in and out is easy. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and has both indoor and outdoor seating.

The menu has a range of Vietnamese dishes, including several types of pho. I ordered the Pho Special. The portion was solid, with a good amount of meat, though the noodles felt a little light compared to other places. The food came out hot and fast, and the flavors were good. The broth was clean and rich, and the meats were fresh and tender. The spring rolls were crispy and paired well with their peanut sauce, which had a unique flavor. I also tried the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll, and the sauce that came with it was tasty.

The restaurant itself is cozy and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about the menu, and they explained everything clearly. They stayed attentive throughout my visit. I did not get a chance to try their Boba tea, which many people recommend, but I plan to order it next time. What stood out most was the service. Wow! Wow! Wow! From the moment we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful the restaurant is. Whoever designed this deserves an award. We were greeted by a very friendly person who helped us with the menu. We ordered Pho. I have had many bowels of Pho in my life. This is the best I have ever had. Thought I would give this place another try since I was doing some shopping next door. Picked up a couple of bahn mi one chicken, one pork and one Taro boba. The pork one was tasty but the chicken one was just grilled chicken breast. I was expecting marinated grilled chicken thigh… I’ll skip this one next time.
