Panda Express — Restaurant in Vancouver

I'm sorry to have to review this place but I don't even give this place a 1 star. We came in it was not very busy only 2 other people dinning. They wanted to sell my boyfriend a bowl of rice and 5 LITTLE PIECES OF orange chicken at the full price for a bowl. They could have said sorry we are out of chicken and ask if he could wait or see if there was another entree he might want. My boyfriend felt very insulted at the way they didnt question the portioning on this. This wasnt even the worst part. After my boyfriend walked out THEY PUT THE CHICKEN BACK ON THE LINE. I've worked food service before and this is the most disgusting part and the fact that they were far from closing and refused to make more chicken. We love Panda Express and it's sad to say that the staff that work at this one Panda Express don't show the same respect as other Panda Express...

Showed up at 840 and there was not enough food prepared to make a bigger plate. There was not enough noodles or rice to fill an entire a single order. There was only one type of entree available yet the crew member took my order for a bigger plate (3 entrees) without saying a word. I asked what other entrees would be coming out and multiple times was told that they would not be making any food the rest of the night. The crew member also offered no other options and any apologizes for the lack of food available. Simply just stared at me. There was still yet another couple waiting to be served after me.. although I'm not sure what they couldve possibly ordered. Highly suggest if you like getting sauce with your meal, DO NOT order from them through DoorDash or UberEats or any delivery service for that matter…every time I do it through an app they NEVER put the sauce in the bag! Very frustrating and defeats the purpose when you then have to drive up and get the freaking sauces! I mean seriously Panda Express…what is Teriyaki Chicken without the sauce…let me tell you it’s just grilled/charred chicken!! Also when calling to find out why they forgot the sauce they will tell you “Oh we have lots of new people working here and they may have forgotten it when they bagged the order” lol then train them to make sure they check to see if everything is included with the order, don’t pass the screw up off as a “new employee” mistake, when this seems to be a...
