I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant, regularly ordering large pizzas and eventually earning a free one through their rewards program. However, when I picked up my order recently, I had a disappointing experience.

As I arrived, one of the employees repeatedly said to his coworker, “There was no tip and he even got the free pizza,” loudly enough that it felt intentionally directed at me. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I explained that I normally leave a generous tip when I dine in, but I don’t believe tipping is necessary when I personally drive to the restaurant and pick up my order.

Yes, the pizza was free, but only because I earned it after ordering more than ten pizzas. It wasn’t a handout; it was a reward for being a frequent customer. I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m taking advantage of something, especially when I’ve supported this business over and over.

I understand tipping culture is changing, but I don’t think it justifies making a loyal customer feel uncomfortable for not tipping on a carryout order. This experience left a bad taste, and not because...

I had high hopes for Blind Onion Pizza, but my recent visit was a big disappointment. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The employee at the counter, Harley, was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for some basic information about the menu, Harley acted like it was a chore to answer my questions, barely making eye contact and offering short, uninterested responses.

To make matters worse, the pizza itself was mediocre at best. The crust was soggy, and the toppings were unevenly distributed. It's clear that quality and customer service are not priorities here.

Overall, I would not recommend Blind Onion Pizza. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that actually care about their customers and serve decent food. Save your time and money and...

Blind Onion has great pizza. It is very different than most pizza due to the excellent crust. I never thought about dipping my pizza crust in honey, but with their suggestion, I love it. I purchased Blind Onion pizza way back to their first pizza place on Broadway in Portland. I have filled up more "buy 10 get one free" pizzas than I can count. While the dine in environment is nothing special, that could be improved, I take out 99% of the time. But they do have good beers on tap when dining in. My only complaint on the service is that on a couple of occasions, they prioritized a phone in order over me standing there wanting to place my order. In person visitors should never be subject to waiting on them taking a phone order. Easy enough to put people on the phone on hold. But overall I highly recommend the...

This was my first time ever eating at a Blind Onion, though I have heard good things. We were there for a kids birthday party, so we ended up with some simple pizzas. (I'm usually an everything pizza kinda gal.) So my hopes weren't set high based on what we ordered, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised!!! . We ordered a regular cheese, a BBQ cheese, and a pepperoni pizza. Basic, right? But let me tell you, I have had bad pizzas, I've had okay pizzas... These were good pizzas! And they even give you honey to put on you crust! I've never seen that before! Genius! . I have never cared for BBQ sauce pizzas, but I am so glad I tried this one because it was my fave and I could have eaten the whole pizza!! I might even order it over an everything pizza next time we go in! I know... Crazy!

Probably the best pizza I've had in Vancouver. I've eaten from here a couple of times to take out a pizza or have it delivered to my house through Doordash, and the food has remained of high quality. No burned crusts, proportionate ratios of bread to toppings to sauce so that no ingredient overwhelms you, and reasonably fast service for what you're getting. I think that their simple garlic olive oil sauce tastes delicious, especially when you pair it with the fresh herbs, spinach, and chicken. It's certainly pricier than going someplace like Little Caesars or Dominos, but so worth it.

Outstanding pizza. I got the 20$ medium pizza, which is usually more then I'd like to pay for a medium... But. The dough was deliciously cooked, it had a twist knot going around the outside of the pizza and all pizzerias should do this. The toppings were very fresh, the garlic mixed into the cheese was delicious. Overall a very good experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. Glad I decided to try this, my old favorite pizza place started burning the dough alot, so I wanted to try something else. Happy customer.
