Muchas Gracias — Restaurant in Vancouver

Worst dining experience of my life. Ordered dinner to go over the phone, had to say my order at least 10 times as person taking the order over the phone couldn’t understand or speak English. I arrived to pick up family dinner 20 mins later and had very prompt service. Got charged 51+ without tip and left. When I arrived home 15mins later the order was wrong. Chicken quesadilla wasn’t cut, tasted like canned chicken, chimichanga which was supposed to be without pico, sour cream and quac, and is covered in all 3 - to the point of saturation and a soggy fried burrito. Call in to complain or ask to speak to manager am told sorry no one here call back and speak in morning. I asked for a refund and am told hold on. After being out on hold for 4 mins I got told and I QUOTE, “sorry no one speak good English now and you want refund but no manager here to help.” After cursing her, I hung up. 1 star rating here we are if I could give zero I would. ZERO FLAVOR. ZERO SPICE. First let me say, they definitely overcharged me by a landslide. I ordered a shredded beef burrito. 8.99 on their menu, yet I’m charged 15.50$! No joke. I’m like whatever I’m hungry and it’s late. Took me 20min to order due to the incredibly strong language barrier. I should’ve gave up then, but this is the only place open after a 12hr shift. This was the blandest burrito I’ve ever had in my life. Got their hottest spice and it’s like adding water to my burrito, 3 bites in and there’s NO MEAT. So I go back, wait another 10min. I'm having to revise my review. Service is still good but the burritos have reduced in length and width, taste has gone as well. Such a shame even the hot salsa is just heat and now flavor, smokey flavor gone. Marinated pork is just orange I think this is the last visit especially since this is a fast food place but the plates are now the same price as a sit down restaurant.
