On a busy Friday night we waited over 45 minutes for are pizza. Which I understand.it was busy, but the lack of customer service SUCKED. The cashier did not greet me or my family. As I approach the counter the cashier turned walked away from the cash register and didn't even acknowledge me. I had to shout and say hello to get his attention so my 10 year old could pick out what he wanted for dinner. So after playing a game of sorry for 45 minutes. I approached and asking if our pizza was ready. The managers respons was bizarre. She informed me that when the order is placed it comes out of the oven in that order. Which I completely understood and made sense to me . But the fact that two schoolteachers from my son's school sat next to us twenty minutes after we arrived and they were already eating their Pizza. So where was our dinner. And the fact that five other tables that came in after us all had their nice hot pizzas and we're eating dinner. Meant that they messed up and got my pizza out of order. In fact as I stood there and talk to the manager 5 more pizzas came out of the oven. None of them being are my medium Hawaiian pizza. And imagine that the last pizza to come out of the oven was my pizza. The one I ordered over 45 minutes ago. Which I would have been cool with the other 4-5 tables around me still did not have their Pizza. when I asked the manager about the delay of our pizza. She got very defensive, as if I shouldn't be able to ask where my $20 pizza was. So hungry we took are money and left.
VERY INHOSPITABLE TO MINORITIES.
I've lived up here in Salmon Creek for 8 years. None of the employees would have treated their own family members like that. Or probably yours. Don't worry I'll keep going back to the correct this problem.
And yes I got my money back and I did not eat the pizza I'm not going to have my money support...

This is purely review for service. Since my original review, service has gone by the wayside. We came in when they opened at 3pm in anticipation for tasty late lunch only to be rudely turned away. One of the workers told us that they had issues with the register and even offered us water. That was exemplary customer service Unfortunately the person managing the register said there was nothing to be done and essentially turned away our business. A couple who came in after us was also looking into dining in. The same person was trying to turn them away and said it would take at least 20 minutes. Obviously the couple were locals and asked if they could just leave their credit card and order. We did not stay to hear the rest. We decided to head back to Seattle without pizza. I totally understand when technology goes down but that does not mean business shuts down. Take and make orders and run credit card afterwards.This is purely review for service. Read moreWe used to be fans, but I doubt we’ll be back. On Saturday evening 12/28 I called in a pizza for carry-out. I was a little surprised to hear that there would be a 45 minute wait, but decided to order anyway. Upon arrival to pick up the pizza, I went to the phone order cash register. No one acknowledged me or the lady behind me for several minutes until the girl working at the main cash register yelled over to us (rather rudely) that we would need to get in the other line. Mind you there were at least 10-15 people in that line - all trying to decide what to order and waiting for their drinks to be poured. I waited at least another 15 minutes in that line just to pay for and get my pizza. Even with my Payback coupon that gave me $9 off, the pizza was still close to $20 - for a one topping pizza. When I finally got it home (and we were all starving by then), we all agreed that the pizza was just a very “average” pizza.
