If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great morning bagels and a friendly atmosphere — this is not the place.

Let’s break it down. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the older woman behind the counter. She acts as if everyone should already know how things work there, even if it’s your first time visiting.

There’s also no signage to indicate where to order. When you walk in, the counter on the left is serving food, and that’s where the menu is displayed. Naturally, we went there — only to be told by one staff member that orders are taken at the register on the right. Then another employee yelled that we were supposed to order at the counter. Confusing and unnecessary.

When we finally placed our order, we asked for a small handheld menu since the posted one was hard to read from where we were standing. We were told, rather bluntly, that there was only one menu. My friend asked if they had lox, and the older staff member snapped, “It’s on the menu.” I explained again that we couldn’t see the menu clearly, but she didn’t care.

We also asked for all three bagels to be extra toasted. While waiting, I noticed that not a single employee changed their gloves. I politely asked one of the younger girls to please change them after making the lox bagel because I’m severely allergic to it. She sharply replied, “We do.” Yet, I never saw her change them once.

Then came the final disappointment — microwaved bagels. We saw several being reheated that way, and unfortunately, they tasted exactly like it. By the time we got home, our order was a cold, rubbery mess.

All in all, I wouldn’t recommend Seize the Bagel to anyone looking for a good bagel or a pleasant start to their day. The service, the food quality, and the overall experience were all well below...

I have eaten here several times and the food is great, but a couple of my recent orders have been not consistent with the service that I usually get. I have ordered inside the restaurant and have ordered from DoorDash. I recently ordered a latte from here and specifically ordered Oat Milk with it because I have a dairy allergy. Once I got my drink and left the building it was too hot to drink until I got home. I took a few sips and realized it was milk after specially ordering it with Oat Milk. Then just today I ordered food on DoorDash, not only was some food food forgotten but my pulled pork sandwich, which doesn’t even come with cheese on it, was made with cheese melted to the pork. This is frustrating because when you order something it should come the specific way that it is ordered, especially when dealing with food allergies I am careful to make sure of this. It is disappointing when these mistakes are made. I am lucky I don’t have an extreme allergy to dairy otherwise this would have been a lot worse. I just wish they would pay more attention to orders and make sure they are doing them correctly. Lastly to not put an item in when it is already priced high, the bag of chips for an extra $2, should not be missed in...

We were craving bagel sandwiches for breakfast this morning and liked the menu options & reviews for this place. We ordered using “Door Dash” but picked it up instead of having it delivered. We ordered (2) BLT’s - only variance was I selected the “jalapeño cheddar” bagel & husband had the cheddar, bacon & chive bagel. Also ordered a “build your own” - warm “everything” bagel with chicken breast, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickle & avocado (extra $1). Also got a plain bagel with cream cheese (it doesn’t come on the side but on the actual bagel) and extra cheddar jalapeño bagel. The pick up time was actually less (got there and had to ask where pick up station was located - which is near the wall of windows) - was already bagged & ready for pick up when we arrived 10 mins early. The bagels were not overly thick and had great flavor and were soft. I tried all bagels and can highly recommend each one...my only issue is there is no “sourdough” bagel option.
