Buenos Días Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Vancouver

We googled mexican restaurants near me and this place had 4.9 stars. It was the first time we went and definitely will not be the last. It was a very clean and spacious. Had a laid back atmosphere and relaxing music. We were able to sit anywhere we wanted and was given water and had our drink order taken immediately. The service very impressive. Not too pushy but made sure to check in often enough. They were very helpful in explain what was what when ordering and had a pleasant small talk at the end. My partner got the chicken enchiladas. Two of them in green sauce and two in the red sauce. It came with a side of your choice, and he decided to try the breakfast potatoes covered in gravy. I got the carnitas burrito. It was MASSIVE! Everything was fresh, great quality and perfectly made. They serve breakfast all day and after trying the potatoes and gravy, we will for sure be coming back for breakfast. We left extremely happy, giddy and satisfied. On a possible TMI note, a lot of mexican restaurants don't sit well with our tummies but this did absolutely nothing. We finally found an outstanding Mexican Restaurant in Vancouver!!! We moved to the PNW 16 years ago from Texas and have been on a constant search for what we consider to be really good Mexican food. This morning we tried Buenos Dias. It opened earlier this month in the space that used to be occupied by Goldies (Fourth Plain & 162nd area). I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is Family owned and operated. We ordered breakfast. I had the Chilequiles and a coffee and my husband ordered Huevos Rancheros and a Horchata. This was the best food we've had since we left Texas. The coffee even had a hint of cinnamon in it which was a delicious surprise! Our Server was one of the owners sons and he was so sweet and on the ball! The decor isn't your normal kitschy Mexican decor that you find in most of the places around here and they had a great music station on that was playing Blues. We can't wait to go back for lunch! And they will have thier Beer & wine license next month. If you're looking for some kickass Mexican food, or just kickass food in general, you need to try...

I'm not entirely sure where to start. From the service to the absolutely incredible food this place has to offer. I'm not normally one to be speechless, but wow! Our server was so polite and attentive as well as insightful on offering pairings to our meals. The Chilaqules Con Huevo is what I ordered and added some braised brisket which was suggested over the carne asada and it was next level! My wife ordered the Heuvos Divorciados which was also incredible. We got a side of rice, a single biscuit with gravy and their potatoes because we were wanting to try a few different things they offered! Also their Horchata was excellent, make sure your thirsty if you order the large like I did. It's probably close to 24 ounces if I had to guess.
