Starbucks — Restaurant in Vancouver

I drove through an ordered two coffees. I asked for a pumpkin spice vanilla chai latte and a pecan crunch oatmilk latte iced, both drinks were large. I was given an iced pumpkin spice latte. I said that I assumed it would be hot. I think lattes usually are and they didn't ask me. The girl all the sudden acted confused about the drink and asked if I just wanted vanilla cold whip on pumpkin. I said that's fine. She took the iced drink back and told me to pull to the front. A guy brought me out my drink. The venti cup was only half full with liquid and then half full with vanilla whip. I don't think it contained any coffee! I came in around 730 on Sunday morning and was ignored while this worker was chatting with a friend, she used her employee discount on her as well. When it finally became my turn, 10 minutes later, I tried to joke about how the closing time was now 5pm and the worker snapped about how I should call corporate if I have an issue. While she was making my drink, she was not paying attention to the recipe, all she was doing was chatting with that friend.
