I first went here with my family when we relocated to SW Washington in 2015. I'd never heard of Burgerville before and I was curious, so we went. I ordered fish and chips. I literally laughed out loud when I got my basket. A couple tiny, battered fish triangles not much bigger than a credit card. Fish sticks from the grocer's freezer are much better. My kid's didn't seem to mind their cheeseburgers but they said they were "just like a Happy Meal." The milkshakes were truly awesome. I swore I'd never return but recently did out of convenience. I kept it basic since my hopes were low. I went with a double cheeseburger. The burgers are nothing worth mentioning. It's baffling that the place is called "Burgerville" with such pathetic burgers. Seriously. And they are ridiculously priced. A measly double cheeseburger (photo attached) is $3.59 plus tax. Add a regular fry and drink and it's over $7. Nearly $4 for the burger I got should be criminal. Do you realize some of the incredible burgers that are out there for $7? Avoid this disaster and find those burgers...

They said they dropped my fish for my sandwich. I was so happy they took the time to remake it and let me know what happened (No one wants to admit they messed up on someone’s food). Everyone that I have ever come into contact with at this location has all been stellar! I have never had foreign object debris (FOD) in my food here (unlike every other place I’ve eaten in town). You won my business now and into the future. I consider all these things when picking a place to eat. Management please reward your staff for being a consistently honest and so caring. Having one good day is easy, being consistent everyday is hard work and it shows!

I've been to most of the Burgervilles in the Vancouver area. Sometimes this place can get pretty slow, although I do understand that it's hard for the restaurants to deal with the amount of customers that come in sometimes. Today the line wasn't very long, but I still did have to wait quite a bit for my lone shake. However, the girl serving me today was friendly, though, and she happily recommended the mint patty flavor of the coconut bliss shake. I'm glad for the recommendation, since it was yummy and I loved the pieces of chocolate blended in.

This is my second back experience here which is why I’m leaving a review. We went and there was no line in the drive thru and from what I could see not many people inside only one person ordering at the register. I say this only because I understand if they were really busy then maybe my frustration could be partially blamed on them being overwhelmed. Anyways, for three people our order was $58!!! I’m shocked at how expensive this place is for what you get. They charge almost $7 just to add fries and a drink to already over priced sandwiches ranging from $7-10 each. The drink and fries are also not very big portions which I get no one needs huge amounts of food but the price is not reflected in the product in my opinion. Our fries were soggy and luke warm. On top of that the girl (light hair and probably mid 20s) who handed us our food said literally nothing to us not even a response to my thank you. Just handed the bag and shut the window. Felt like we were imposing on her or something. They even ask for a tip here…no way! For these prices I hope the owners and paying their employees well however from this experience it seems like the employees are not...

I've noticed that they are becoming more unprofessional about how they are handling problems a few times in a row of going there.Like making mistakes with orders by not listening, reading back, not even a total. And when we returned to get our shake order fixed they just say here you go, we are giving you a free shake. Not even asking us what kind we would like. And on top of that screwing up that same shake order we went back for, again..twice!. We never got what we ordered, but 2 shakes of what we did not want, 1 free. We just frustratingly left. Giving someone a free shake which was another mistake they made from somebodys elses order that they did not want to waste. The other time..the lady said "we will see what we can do, we are a bit busy" when I asked for my gluten free but to be toasted twice and explained to her they get soggy easily and it's gross. Really? You are paying for their food and they suggest tip jars. But yet they are NOT preparing it how you would like it and making it their choice how you will get it. Prices are raising as so is Bad Service with Bad Attitude. $15hr, asking for tips and behaving like that in the...

I'm going to start off by saying it's really hard for me to give Burgerville a 3-Star rating. Also, I don't expect all that much from fast food. However, this location has not produced the consistent, high quality food that I'm used to with the other Burgervilles in the area, especially for the price.

The service was excellent, I was treated great at the drive-thru and at both windows.

Our food was cooked quickly but the problem I have with it is the actual quality or possibly, care. The cheese on my son's cheeseburger was not melted at all, (it was rather cold!) and the lettuce that they kindly added to his burger was unwieldy for a child's burger.

My Tillamook Cheeseburger felt sad, floppy, and lukewarm. I don't normally add sub-par food photos but I might include it to show this disappointing burger.

My husband's cheeseburger also did not have melted cheese. When that happens it seems like we're eating burgers that have been sitting, and not a freshly made item.

TL;DR Sadly, I will drive to a different location or choose Wendy's over this location again. Our food was not hot and we live...
