Today I went to this location to get me and my family dinner and we walk in and there is one person there. Idk what it takes to work for this establishment but it must be a hell of a lot to not be capable to make a sandwich. Now secondly the woman who treated me and my girlfriend today made us 4 sandwiches which were amazing. The service was absolutely amazing, she was under pressure for last 45 minutes before we got there and didn’t break or do one thing bad she really needs a raise and or a long paid break for what she has to go through For what I assume everyday of her life since she’s been there. There is nobody there on shift to help her with the store leaving all of the responsibilities on her to maintain the store and keep it clean at the end of the day the store looked absolutely amazing while we were there. I think management needs to come in only because there needs to be more people to help. I don’t know about you all but at the end of my work day I make sure no co-worker of mine is still on the clock when they should be home, now I know everyone isn’t like that but it’s a great habit to get into and if everybody started doing that there wouldn’t be 1 person running the whole store for god knows how long. Read moreWe had eaten at this location many times pre pandemic. It is close to our home and activities. My son and I chose to stop for something fresh before practice. Was sadly disappointed at the cleanliness of the store and the kiosk ordering. There were crumbs and dust bunnies all over the floor of the patrons area like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in days. Most tables had not been wiped. I could see food on the floor behind the counter. The kiosk did not give us the option to build our own; I ended up with buffalo sauce that burned my mouth and insides, when I asked for chipotle. The chip shelves were not stocked. They were out of several ingredients. It appeared that only one person was working the store, so I can see why it was filthy. Nothing smelled fresh, clean or appetizing, but we were on the go. There is one thing I’d like to offer some constructive feedback on. I came in tonight 6/18 at 7 and I felt awful seeing only one person in there working when it’s during dinner rush. I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job! He apologized for the wait because there definitely was a wait. It’s not his fault they were busy but I used to work at Subway myself in Portland and at my old store my teammate wouldn’t usually get off til 8. Maybe there should be two employees at least until dinner is over. I know Subway isn’t really a popular dinner spot, but dinner rush is usually 5:30-7:30.
