Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Vancouver

Dutch Bros is sofa king good! Love, love, love them! I want them every day and sometimes I indulge more than once a day. They aren't shy on the sugar but more shots can be added or you can request drinks to be less sweet. Their app is super user-friendly and fun! Seasonal stickers can be earned as well as many other categories. Points are earned for free drinks, and you can even gift them to a friend (which earns you a sticker!). And, you can now order ahead through the app at many locations. The employees are always very friendly and have a smile on their face. They only offer a few food items, mostly muffin tops. I think this is a missed opportunity but it is maybe an area they will expand upon in the future. My favorite drink is the Cocomo Freeze. It's a blend of coffee, chocolate milk, coconut flavor, and probably some other deliciousness. I highly recommend it. All their coffee drinks can be blended, iced, or served hot. I only go to this one when I absolutely have to when I'm near the area. A broista that works there used to be all smiles and then all of a sudden her dual personality appeared. Next thing I know the manager is getting all over me for something that she did that she blamed me for. When I go there they might walk out to my truck I roll down my window I'll be right back and then I never get served until I get up to the window. The manager will stand there and glare at me. The worst customer service in the world. If I own the place I was fire the manager in several others that work there and hire some people that knows what customer service means. I would recommend if you want good friendly customer service to go to the Dutch Bros at 7910 East Mill plain boulevard. Or the one on Fourth plain or the one on 112th. Order a Medium peppermint mocha with whip cream, iced, protein milk. Coffee had NO protein milk, no whip cream, it was a small and not a medium. Nothing about my coffee was right. My mom’s drink, she also wanted whipped cream, hers also had NONE. She requested 1.5 scoops chocolate in her mocha and the only chocolate she got was around the cup. I haven’t been to this location in sometime and today reminded how much this location sucks and doesn’t pay attention and can’t make things right. Never going back again.
