I've been in here twice and will hopefully never need to come in again. The first time I visited, I mostly looked around and scoped things out. I was never greeted, or talked to by any staff. It seems as though they were having a conversation with a regular (not talking about product, just shooting the shit). They were completely ignoring other customers who very clearly came up to them needing help.
The second time I came in, I did make a purchase. No greeting or acknowledgement again until around 1-2 minutes of me standing at the checkout counter waiting for help while the staff member was, again, seemingly talking to a regular while ignoring other customers, as they had been doing my entire visit. He starts ringing me up, and asks me a question about what I had bought (a Hill Giant mini) and what i was going to be running with it, which was great! Engaging with a customer like that is very good!
...Until that same staff member then immediately cuts me off after I start to answer, to shout in a troll voice at me. He continues to go on about what being a troll is like??? I pay, and as soon as the transaction is done (he did not acknowledge that it was over at any point in time, that my payment had gone through, did not offer a receipt) he IMMEDIATELY turned with his back away from me toward his coworker and CONTINUED TO YELL LIKE THAT. I was shocked. The person I was with was shocked. The people around me were weirded out. I just left after standing there confused for a minute.
This is by far the most bizarre experience I have had at a game store. Being cut off mid sentence after being asked a question to be shouted at in a troll voice was... not a worry I ever had going into a game store???? While it's clear that he was maybe trying to make a joke, he talked over me immediately after asking a question, and completely ignored me after he had done the bare minimum required in the transaction. Completely ignoring your customer the entire time they're in store is, generally, not great. Being shouted at is weird, and why I will never be back.
As far as the rest of the store goes? It's fine. The tcg product is sold for around market. They have a lot of D&D miniatures which is super cool, loads of board games, and many supplies of all different brands which I really appreciated. They also had large stacks (around 5ft+ tall, 8ft is deep?) of what I assume are bulk cards in 5 rows covered by a cloth though. That just kinda looked bad.
I had this experience in the summer of 2024, so things may have changed since then. Hopefully that person is gone. I was telling some friends about how awful and bizarre it was, and realized I never left a review.
Tldr; many D&D minis, may get shouted at in a troll voice for trying to...

"Please remove your mask before entering" the sign says as I walk up to the door. It's 38 degrees and raining. I'm a disabled veteran who is immunocompromised. I have to do the mental math, as I have to do at every business that does this. Is it worth starting a fight? Having to recite my medical history? Having to beg for the right to make my own choices about my body? No. It's late, it's raining, this is just a game shop. I know of three other stores who are safe for people like me; there's no need. I leave without ever getting to enter, yet again disappointed in a society that is content to exclude the disabled.
Edit in reply to owner: I didn't bother responding to this message originally. It's obviously nonsense, first of all. I walked into my bank the other day with mask and was not denied service. Furthermore, banks offer alternatives to their services. I hadn't had to actually walk into a bank in years until the other day: I use online banking, bank apps, drive thru, and atm. Banks, even if they did ban us from entry like you do, offer innumerable other options. The only other option to your shop is to simply not use it.
And I don't. I would rather drive the twenty minutes to Guardian Games, which is LGBT inclusive, all employees wear masks, and no one is trying to convince me that their ableism is okay, actually.
You have a sign on your door that as good as says ādisabled keep out.ā At least own it rather than spinning falsehoods about bank policies that...

This older gentleman with long hair and an untrimmed beard looks like he sleeps into about 1:00 pm every day rolling out his mattress with no box spring in his mom's basement. Ok now that we have a good picture of this man it's about the business he conducted with a paying customer I brought in an old box of magic cards "I have no idea about them or their worth let alone how many there are" so moms basement guy asked my name and a good phone number and he tries to get me to sign this piece of paper that holds your cards for 24 hours I'm like can I look through them and count them maybe look them up? He got angry with me for asking that. Saying this is not how it's done mind you there are three huge long tables with 40 seats and two guys are sitting in there and he wouldn't let me sit down and count my cards definitely would say it's a potential scam or get ripped off. I called before I headed over here to the bat cave more like the mom's basement cave I suppose it should be called I definitely wouldn't leave your cards there overnight this guy had creepy Vibes like he has fake ones in his back pocket and thinking someone would bring in that one and trade them out don't...
