Columbia Square — Local services in Vancouver

It has WalMart, Home Depot, Petsmart, Wendy’s, Popeyes chicken, one or two other fast Chinese style small places I have never tried myself. There’s also at least one if not two cell phone stores there. One is a Verizon store, but not an authorized store! There’s a Sprint too, but again not a authorized store. I go there fairly often for WalMart, Home Depot, Petsmart from time to time! From time to time we’ll stop at Wendy’s as well. The other businesses we really don’t use much if at all! Parking lot is often packed around WalMart. Home Depot parking varies from time to time where sometimes you can get a great parking spot and other times your parking at the far end if you need to use Home Depot! Petsmart parking is usually not too bad, never had any problems parking to go into Petsmart! Wendy’s is your typical Wendy’s, their parking lot varies how crowded it is as well as their drive thru! If using the drive thru I recommend looking at your order closely to make sure it’s right before leaving. They have messed up my orders more often then not going thru the drive thru! Their drive thru is open later hours too, I believe around midnight the drive thru closes too! Personally I don’t like Popeyes chicken, least the couple times I’ve ordered from Popeyes chicken it was on the dry side and not much meat on the chicken either! After 2 bad experiences at Popeyes we’ve not gone back! We drive a lot further to go to KFC for chicken, we go to the KFC by Vancouver Mall. Of course none of the KFC are as good as they used to be! But this KFC seems to have better chicken then several of the other KFC’s I’ve gone to! Certainly much better then Popeyes any day...

It only has 2 stores I go to on a regular basis and the first half of the stores never seem like they get that much business but mid section thru to Chucks produce always seems fairly busy most times. They have an auto parts store, banks, tattoo parlor, salon, smoke shop, grocery, thrift store couple & a Rip off Mc'D's ( they now charge over $4 for a puny hot fudge that cost $1.29 2yrs ago) and a few other places in between . If you're a smoker they have some of the cheapest prices I've seen around here. I also highly recommend Chuck's Produce as well. Prices a lil bit higher but the quality of the products being sold are a bit better. Love the produce selection. The bakery, deli and meat depts are smaller scaled but fresher and the whole store gives off the ol country market vibe. I love love love this store . I went to the Craft Warehouse to look for an 8x10 picture frame for my husband's Memorial service. While there are box stores that offer picture frames the selection is often pretty bland. I took the picture that I wanted a frame for and within minutes I found the perfect frame at a cost comparable to Walmart, Target and Fred Meyer. I've always received excellent customer service at this location which is why it's worth the drive for me and I've had their framing shop do bigger projects for me in the past. I've always left satisfied with their prices and customer service. It's located in a larger strip mall with other store front businesses, including Chuck's Produce. It's wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking and just a fun place to discover something you didn't...
