The review for Leonardo’s requires two separate reviews. The pizza itself was incredible with great crust and toppings. Nice selection of specialty pizzas. We got the pounder and the garlic chicken which were both great. Salad bar was fresh and well stocked with decent variety. Overall the food was very good. On the other hand, while the servers were doing their best, the experience left a lot to be desired. The wait times were typical for an artisan pizza restaurant, with the pizzas taking approximately 30 minutes to arrive. The biggest issue was the lack of seating. There is a decent sized seating area in the restaurant that on a typical night would be sufficient. However, large sections of the restaurant were reserved for a private event on the Friday night we went. This left the rest of the restaurant guests standing around waiting with our salads in hand for a table to open. While the food overall was great, the dining room area needs to be larger or they need to turn down large groups that hang out at tables for hours on a busy night. Again this is in no way the servers fault, it’s on management to plan these kinds of things. I would certainly recommend Leonardo’s for takeout or go on a weeknight. For reference we paid $76 and change for a medium pounder, a small garlic chicken pizza, one salad bar, and one fountain drink.

This is one of the few places I have ever eaten where the food you order looks like the pictures in their menu. Anytime I move to a new area, I hunt for the best pizza, and to me, this is that. I have tried each of their specialty pizzas, the Hawaiian and the Pepperoni, and all of which are fantastic, completely packed with toppings. However, I'm partial and have been stuck on ordering the Combo Grande for a time. It's huge, heavy to lift, yum, beautiful, and delicious. I provided a picture, but you'll find others have also done the same with this pizza because it is so impressive. You'll find the pictures all the same, which shows how consistent this restaurant is in producing great quality food. It is pricy, but you certainly get what you pay for here! PS: The Crostino bread is to die for, a must-have!!! It is a flavor bomb!

Well Leonardo's Pizzeria is better than I originally recall when I first tried it for take-out. Glad I gave it another try! They were quite efficient even though it was quite hopping when we were there on a weekday night. In addition to being efficient, the staff were also friendly. They offer a nice salad bar with good looking breadsticks, lots of pizza options, and plenty of draft beer (many of which are local) or other beverages. The prices seem in par with other pizzeria joints. I wouldn't crave this pizza, but also wouldn't mind eating here if that is where everyone wanted to go. The restrooms were ok considering how many people were at the facility. Single level restaurant and seems to be good for wheelchair access. They have big meeting areas for large groups and plenty of parking! It's a good option for that.

Ordered through one of their apps advertised on the door our second time ordering, the app advised the pizza would take approximately 50 minutes. We arrived around the 45 minute mark, went inside expecting to need to wait a few more minutes anyways, no biggie. What I was greeted by was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable customer service experience ever. Whomever the young dark haired girl was working the front counter had just finished giving a fresh dose of attitude to the gentleman in front of me, she stomped off to the back with no word to him or anyone else and was gone for a few minutes, the gentleman in front of me took a step into the bathroom and before he returned the girl had came back with a pizza and called presumably the bathroom guys name and when he didn’t respond she rolled her eyes and slammed the pizza down very loudly exclaiming “seriously?” She scoffed and turned to another girl, whispering in her ear and throwing her hands around, stomping her feet. Then was my turn, once I was finally invited up to the counter probably closer to 10 minutes after I came inside, I told her my name and she told me I’d JUST ordered, I told her that wasn’t possible, the order was put in an hour ago. I was told “WELL I don’t know what to tell you it was just put in 10 minutes ago” when I asked how long it would be I was told another 45 minutes. I had a cranky sick toddler in my car who was getting restless and hungry. We waited the 45 minutes. Came back inside, 45 minutes later, same girl, same attitude. She told me my order wasn’t ready. We are now at an hour and 45 minute wait for this pizza. I stood and waited while she checked the pizzas in the hot rack paying special attention to the extra large pizza which I assumed was mine. I cannot make this up, I waited another 15 minutes while I watched this girl do absolutely nothing but complain and roll her eyes to each co worker who came in her vicinity instead of working to get my order that is obviously late out. I’ve never witnessed someone work a front counter rolling their eyes and dropping f bombs every 5 minutes. I am SO glad I didn’t bring my daughter inside. Turns out that extra large pizza that was in the warmer? Ya it was my pizza, she just for whatever reason didn’t want to give it to me when I came back in? Anyways we got our pizza after a 2 hour wait. Half of which was spent in your parking lot. We got our pizza home 5 minutes away and it was cold and stale. It very clearly had been sitting as I thought I’d witnessed. So we spent $40 and waited 2 hours for a cold pizza and horrific attitude from the counter girl. I got to watch them all open their white envelope with their tips in the front of the restaurant and listen to the attitude girl say “this is f** Stupid” and get to hear her tangent about “ungrateful customers” yikes. We’re taking a break from Leonardo’s...

I just had the worst service I've ever had at this restaurant. My family has frequented this establishment for about a decade and sadly, will never return.

The cashier told us she was new, so I guess I'm supposed to expect a rough time. The initial mistake was noticed right after we sat down at our table. My wife noticed that the bill was lower than expected. After some quick math, we realized that the cashier left my son's chicken nuggets off of the order. I immediately walked back up and re-ordered my son's nuggets so he wouldn't have to wait after our pizza arrived. Problem solved...until our pizza arrived.

My wife ordered a white sauce, chicken and bacon pizza with garlic on half. As soon as our pizza arrived, we had to ask which side had the garlic, as it was impossible to tell. Two bites into dinner, we noticed that they failed to put chicken on the pizza. As much as I love bacon, it's meant to be an accompanying meat product. When we complained about our pizza, the manager (Jared) made sure to verify that we weren't charged for the chicken, since he determined that the lack of the additional charge would fix the problem. Wrong again. He offered to warm up chicken so that we could then add microwaved chicken to a pizza that was cooked in a 500deg oven for 8min. That's a pretty half-ass solution, don't you think? Any other restaurant in town would have at least offered to make us another pizza. Most restaurants would not only offer to make the correct order, but also refund the cost of the incorrect order. I say this with confidence because no more than 2 months ago I had a much different experience with a competitor. Bellagio's delivered cold pizzas to my house, and upon us calling to complain, they refunded the entire order and offered to re-deliver another set of pizzas.

I'm not out trying to scam free pizzas, but rather, enjoy a Saturday night dinner with my family at a restaurant we've known and loved for years. The experience we had this evening is enough for me to give up on Leonardo's. When an angry customer complains and your cashier admits fault, it's best to avoid a half-assed solution rather than lose a customer and earn yourself a bad...

I called the evening of July 21 2020 to ask about having a small gathering there on July 23rd at 6:00pm to say goodbye to a coworker moving away. I wanted to make sure we did everything right under the Covid-19 standards. The girl that answered the phone said 5 to a table and no milling around. She then put another woman on the line who she said was the manager and she repeated the same guidelines as the first woman had said. 3 of us showed up 15 minutes early to order pizza. At this time I told the lady taking our orders that I had phoned in the night before to make arrangements for the gathering and asked where to be seated. She told us the small enclosed area to the front was fine. This area had 3 spread out tables and would accommodate us easily. 11 people had arrived by 6:30 when suddenly a man claiming to also be a manager came over and told us we had to leave because of the Covid requirements. I explained about my phone call the night before as well as my discussion with the lady taking our order when we arrived. We were quiet, respectful people following the guidelines that they had laid out and were completely shocked. We had never even received any of the food we had ordered. We had also left the tables exactly where they were(spread out). We had followed their guidelines and were still be told to leave without our food! He never even offered to make it to go! We all got up and left immediately after being refunded our food and drinks. The only courteous thing he did was refund the drinks that were already consumed after waiting so long for the food that never came. Doesn't pay to try and do the right thing with Leonardo's Pizza. I would consider getting a new manager and better informing your staff of requirements. You missed out on a lot of money and none of us...
