Pizza is actually pretty good if they can get it right. Very poor customer service with zero ownership for their shoddy practices. My first experience with this company was fine. I ordered a pizza with light cheese, and it was perfect. About a month later ordered the same pizza via Grub Hub... not in a million years could it be considered light cheese. I called them and they told me they'd remake. They told me in future to order it "very light cheese". TODAY, I ordered another pizza very light cheese (grub hub) as instructed, and needed a magnifying glass to see any cheese. The toppings would not even stay on. I took the pizza back to Blazzin, and they had the nerve to tell me that it was "very light cheese". I reminded them this didn't look anything like the pizzas they made before. The lady at the counter said there are no standards. Depends on who makes the pizza. When I showed her the pizza, and pushed aside the toppings so she could see there was no cheese she said, now that I've touched it, they couldn't resell it. This was very shocking, as the pizza had been delivered to my house. Even if I hadn't touched it in front of them, it had been with the delivery driver, and me. "Can't resell it"!?! When I said how could you resell this pizza? I would think the health Dept would have a problem with that, she changed her story and then said they wouldn't have resold it. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only very decent person, was the one who offered to make me another pizza without arguing with me, or blaming the customer. He was great!
Responding to comment below... I at no time "demanded" you remake the pizza, this is an outright lie. If you chose not to remake it, I know I would have gotten a refund from grub hub. I told this to the woman working at the counter. In fact we had to wait for you to get off the phone to give your permission for the remake. I even told the cook who wanted to start the new pizza to check with the cashier, because they may not allow the exchange. I didn't mention you throwing away the pizza that was made wrong, because it wasn't relevant. I never accused you of reselling the pizza. I merely shared the comment made by your cashier about not being able to resell it because I touched it. I notice you didn't deny your cashier making that comment. And while you did remake my pizza, companies with good customer service don't make customers wait for permission before making a wrong order right. They also apologize instead of blaming the customer. If I'm driving to your establishment after paying a grub hub fee and tip, clearly something is very wrong with the order. It's too bad you don't understand that. I had not previously reported these errors to grub hub, but I will now.
Please do contact GH. They have a record of me specifically telling them that I don't want a refund, but merely for them to address your terrible customer service. I was very clear when I told them you remade the pizza. I guess they were appalled as well.
I'll be sending your comments below to GH. So they can see the lies you're telling. They confirmed I have no 8/30 orders. I did order from you on 8/23, and even though the pizza was wrong I did not request a refund, or even complained because you remade the order. I'll post GH response in the chat so your other customers can see...
Read moreMy first experience was one for the books. I ordered delivery $50 worth of food even paid for extra ranch dressing. I was sick and didn’t feel like leaving my apartment. I’ve been ordering uber eats for awhile now but was tired of the restaurant selection so I found Blazzin Pizza on google. I realized 5 minutes after I hung up I forgot to give them my apartment number. I called back to let them know which apartment number I was in. Girl was nice she said thank you. About 45 minutes later I get a call from the delivery driver asking me what apartment I was in. You know no big deal I told him and he thanked me said he would see me in a second. Few minutes later he calls me and says he can’t find it... literally 4 apartments down he’s at 104 and I’m at 108. I walk down my staircase to show him and he hangs up gets in his car to drive literally 4 parking spots away... you know another no big deal. It’s cold I’m hungry and not feeling well. So I walk back upstairs waiting for him to knock. He knocks I have my cash ready with a $10 tip. He hands me my stuff and I ask if it’s all here and he says yes and walks away. I’m starving so I go to my kitchen and start opening everything low and behold there is not a single ranch dressing. I immediately call the delivery driver within seconds of him leaving. He said he didn’t have any ranch on the order so I thank him and call the actual restaurant. I speak with the manager she apologizes and we come to an agreement I would give my wings and potato twisters back and she was sending new hot ones with my ranch as soon as the delivery driver got back. I figured that was fair I could atleast enjoy some pizza while I wait on the rest of my food. Well a good 45 minutes go by and there is a very loud scary knock on my door I’m expecting the same pizza guy but that was not the same knock as before. My friend answers the door and the delivery guy tossing a bag of ranch packets at my friend with a short HERE YA GO MAN and takes of running down my stair case... no wings no twisters just some ranch packets and a very rude teenage boy. I say teenage because I hope a grown man wouldn’t act like that. Anyways I call the restaurant and ask to speak with the manager. The girl says the manager was on a delivery but she would relay the message and she is so sorry that happen to me and the manager will call me back as soon as she gets in. 20 minutes later the manager calls me and I explain everything once again at this point I don’t even know what would make the situation better I mean honestly I just wanted some good hot food and to relax on a Friday night. The manager insists on refunding me for the wings and potato twisters and sending a new delivery driver with the cash and some hot wings and twisters. I tell her that’s fine you know at this point I don’t even care I just wanted them to know how the situation was handled. So another 20 minutes and a new delivery driver shows up nice man no complaints on this delivery driver. But I get the food back into my kitchen and the wings are boneless. I’m just astonished. After the whole thing they give me boneless wings rather than the traditional wings I had...
Read moreThis is a little pizza place inside one of the many strips Vancouver is known for. I've included pictures of the menu, my receipt showing what I ordered, and a plate with one of everything on it. We ordered a large Allen's Italian Stallion without mushrooms and subbed pepperoni for no extra charge, this was $14.99. We also ordered the sampler - 3 mozzarella sticks, 3 roasted garlic parmesan bone in wings, 3 sweet heat boneless wings, 3 roasted ravioli bites, 3 Mac n cheese bites and 5 or 6 garlic breadsticks for $12.99. This came with one garlic butter sauce. I paid extra for a side of marinara, and a side of nacho cheese.
Sauces: I love nacho cheese. I tasted it before we even got home and it was terrible. It tasted like the fumes that come off of melting plastic. The marinara was okay, but not good. The garlic butter was mostly butter and just too much for me. Get your own sauces. Sides: You can tell that they made the sampler before the pizza because the fried goods tasted soggy/cold. However, they seemed like they would be good fresh. The roasted garlic bone in wings were fantastic! Tender and juicy and the sauce was just right... The sweet heat boneless chicken was not okay. The chicken tasted like frozen breaded popcorn chicken dropped in buffalo sauce mixed with bbq. I would come back for the breadsticks, definitely try those. Pizza: Let's start with the fact that our pizza came with onions (that ARE NOT listed as a topping of the menu for this pizza), let's continue with the fact that I am allergic to onions, and let's finish with the husband's opinion that the pizza was bad from the sauce to the crust. Service: Friendly young girl up front, friendly cook/delivery driver/possible owner in the back. Long wait time, 25 minutes for our order.
I hope this review helps some of you because I'm still searching for good food in...
