STARBUCKS NEW SUMMER REFRESHERS:
Just tried the new summer boba drinks they offer... horrible! First off, they only offer three drinks, all the same flavors, but tastes like cheap immitation syrupy "juice" you'd buy in the frozen concentrate can! The only differences in flavors is one comes with coconut milk 🤔 Couldnt tell it was even in there. Another one comes with lemonade; hardly taste it! And the third one... who knows?? Also, they filled the cups all the way with small round shaped ice balls, so actually getting to the raspberry boba balls is impossible! Who wants to suck up ice balls in a boba drink?! Not very enjoyable AT ALL! 👎🏼 These are a flop for summer! Maybe flip to italian sodas instead? 👍🏼 Starbucks; stick with what you know... coffee drinks and pastries. YOUR SUMMER REFRESHERS ARE...
Read moreEvery time I go there something is off. Today is a windy 35 degree day and their drive up computer goes down. Instead of running drinks from another register they close down the drive-thru. So you have to haul yourself across a large parking lot to go order. I ask why....The cashier has no idea why. I don’t mind getting out, walking...but really? In this weather it doesn’t make me happy. The other day they ran out of cold brew-what? The other day they ran out of a breakfast sandwich. Also, they give you like zero iced in you iced drinks. This has been open like 3 mths. Convenient but not ran well. I only gave it 3 instead of 2 stars because the staff is nice. I know this is all first world problems but I expect some certainties from Starbucks abs that just isn’t...
Read moreI went through the drive thru this morning. At the window, the employee handed me the POS device. I noticed that it did not show the tip screen, but the part where it requests that you enter your card.
The entire interaction seemed off, so I pulled over and checked my bank account and the transaction was over $10 for something that was supposed to be $5.
Initially, I thought I was charged for the wrong order. When I pulled back around to dispute it, the supervisor or manager told me that I had tipped the employee $5. I explained, as I mentioned before, I was not given the option.
I was refunded the gratuity only without hassle, but I thought this experience could serve as a warning for anyone ordering through this drive...
