Disappointed with Customer Service

I purchased the Ooze Electro Barrel E-Rig from my local Monkey’s Smoke Shop, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service experience. After just one use, the rig became clogged, and the design makes it nearly impossible to clean properly. No adequate cleaning tool was provided, and it seems like even with one, clearing the clog would be difficult.

When I tried to return it, the smoke shop refused because the product had been opened—yet how can you tell if a product is functional without trying it? I reached out to customer service hoping for some form of resolution, whether a refund or even store credit, but I received no real assistance. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t work properly and then be completely dismissed by the company.

Stopped in today to try the new vape (stig) got a pack of lush ice to try out. Got back to work open one up and nothing.... didnt work.... wont hit.... Called the store and by now its been about 15 mins since ive left there and explain to the super nice lady whats going on and that i would like it to be replaced since i paid the full amount and not receiving the full product. She then goes to explain to me that they cant do that and at this point im just S##t out of luck. So yeah. I guess ill just go get a pack of cigs and call it a day.

Horrible store to shop! They do NOT do refunds only exchanges. Which means if they have only one if an item you get screwed. I wasnt able to exchange because I bought the only one the store had. No gift cards, no store credit I had to leave with my item in hand. For future reference, shop at the 70s rock shop in union ohio. Way better variety, as well as customer service. Oh an better prices, I paid over 50 dollars for a yocan evolve plus, I paid 44 no taxes, just 44 for the same yocan with sweet designs on it at the rock shop. I'll never shop...
