Parking: meter and valet $11 for first 2 hours $5 for any additional hour

Reservation: we had a reservation and still waited 15ish mins. They apologized but heads up if you make a reservation you may still have to wait.

Employees: nice and welcoming

Food & drinks: good and they have a bottomless option for brunch

Decor: aesthetically pleasing

Crowd: VERY status oriented. Ppl taking photos for the gram left and right - even standing on chairs to get their photo and the restaurant itself...

My review is based off the over the phone experience I encountered. As a guest at the onsite Four Points hotel I called down for room service, which is offered sometimes. The host was friendly, however had no clue what the new menu entailed and was hesitant to search for vegetarian options. Beware: the main dining room is closed for dinner. You have to eat in the bar across the lobby, an uninviting venue with plain tables and large screen televisions showing sports.
