Worst unorganized team members and worst service. Every time I go there they took forever to give me my order. Not to mentioned there is always 4 workers. This time around I was upset because Alex skipped my order and give it to the guy after me first. Then I noticed she started to work on the order after the guy that she already gave his drink and left, this was a family of 4 so basically she skipped me and went ahead and do 2 orders after me!!!. I told her, I was before the guy then she stopped working on the order after this guy(who was gone by this time and I was there waiting for minutes) and asked me for my name I told her my name and she went ahead and re print my order!!!! WTH? I didn't wanted to act like a Mexican Karen but come on!? How you missed my drink but did my acaí bowl? I got upset and ask for my money back for the peanut butter drink and took the already melting acaí bowl. Very disappointed.

They never get the measurements correct for the small I’ll ask them to blend in extra vitamins or supplements and they never communicate with the other team members that I have an addition blend in and then they also waste the product by not making any proper measurements. If you just wanna go for your tropical smoothie go ahead you probably won’t be disappointed, except for the customer service. This review was left based out of multiple experiences. Time and time again this location has let me down the one in downtown Ventura superior.

I go here 5 times a week for my mother and myself and the team members are above and beyond the rest of any other juice/smoothie spot, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and share the insight of how to pick the best drink around and that makes all the Difference in the world the experience by far is 5 star and the juices and smoothies are above that , go try one and you’ll be back before the end...
