If less than 1 star could be given I would today. Apparently there is a limit on salad dressing and you are unable to buy more? You can buy as much of all the other ingredients that you want, but not salad dressing. Bridgette, the GM, is the worst manager I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I offered to pay as much as necessary for an extra dressing, but according to Chipotle "rules", this is not possible. The dressing is not for sale! It's worth is more than gold apparently. It made no sense to me. Bridgette also made it known that she was the Queen of the Chipotle dressing, making an embarrassing scene in front of everyone at the restaurant. Another customer said, just give the guy an extra dressing. She ensured, however, that no one shall leave with extra salad dressing in her store, and directed me to her business card to take matters up with corporate myself. I have been a loyal customer to Chipotle for over 20 years and love everything about Chipotle. This experience was byfar, and unnecessarily, the worst I have ever had there. Sickening to the point where I kinda do not want to come back to Chipotle. El Pollo Loco gives as many salsas and dressings as one needs. Why is extra dressing not allowed Chipotle? I love Chipotle dressing! I would buy it by the gallon if I could. Perhaps a new business idea Chipotle can capitalize on. This treatment was very unfair and unacceptable. I was a willing & sincere paying customer, and Bridgette made sure that her stance was recognized regarding the dressing. No more than one dressing everyone. I am an avid investor & supporter in Chipotle, and want to be sure no other customers have to experience what I did with Bridgette at this location. I will work to ensure that all customers are allowed extra dressing, as much as they require, even at an extra cost, so that we can all enjoy the great taste and quality of Chipotle. I hope the Chipotle network of fans will support me in addressing the dressing issue! We will not stop until the forbidden salad dressing is made available to all! Viva la Chipotle Dressing!
Update: Still have not been back to any Chipotle since this incident. Too disappointed to walk into this establishment and give any further...
Read moreYikes. Ordered a mobile order and had to wait 15 minutes past pick up time. When I got to chipotle the place was filled with people waiting for mobile orders (nobody in the actual line to order) The place was well staffed and yet not one of the 4 associates standing around were making food??
When a woman spoke out about the large number of people waiting and NOBODY making food, instead of the manager doing her job she decided to have a power trip and yell at the poor woman for not wearing a mask (she was covering her mouth the entire time with her jacket, clearly not planning on having to wait so long to pick up her Mobile order). The manager repetitively demanded that the woman leave. The woman expressed that her mobile order was 10 minutes late and she would leave as soon as her food was ready. The manager preceded to yell and demand the woman leave over and over(not to mention it’s pouring rain outside at this moment). This whole scene goes on another 5 minutes … poor woman
I was absolutely appalled that a manager would EVER speak to a paying customer that way (esp when the woman was politely covering her face before the manager even said anything) There were people eating at tables with their masks off closer to the associates than this poor woman that was berated for 5 minutes in front of a store full of people. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager that truly made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Why power trip over something so trivial? What kind of world do we live in. Do your job please....
Read moreI haven’t been to Chipotle over a year. It used to be a favorite. When I went to Yelp, I was surprised that in my area, 3 locations all had 2+ stars.
Last week I ordered Fajita bowl at the restaurant line. I did ask for black beans. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked to see how the bowl was full of rice. I kept digging but NO BEANS in site. I got a huge bowl of rice, with some (seemed less than usual) fajita veggies. It tasted good with the guac and salsas, but too much rice! I honestly don't know how this could've been a mistake, because so much extra rice was scooped. It's also on me that I wasn't 100% watching as she scooped items into the bowl. The server was friendly, but this kind of mistake just seems so odd.
I didn't feel like driving back to fix this. This was just beans. If a meat protein was left out like this with extra rice placed instead, then I would've been much more upset at the financial loss.
Customers are complaining of lackluster service, stingy-ness with portions, which is a well documented issue, and running out of food items. There were various complaints of cleanliness of stores and service areas which I didn’t obviously notice on my visit. But honestly, seeing all these negative responses makes me not highly likely to want to return to Chipotle as much as I did before. I know all food businesses have increased prices due to post pandemic, inflation, but rising prices with decreased sizes, running out of foods is a double triple negative...
