Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Ventura

I went there last Sunday right before 10 pm (there hours state they were open until 12 am) . There was a car in front of me in the drive thru so I waited patiently, once it was my turn I pulled forward and waited for someone to speak over the loud speaker. I waited for about 5-10 mins but figured they were busy or short staffed. By this point 2 cars behind me had backed out and left. I pulled to the window where you would pay and could see the workers ( and they could see me) and all 3 just stared at me through the window for a while and then continued on working. They didn't even bother to wave or come to the window to say they were closed. I understand things happen but there was no note or anything posted saying they had closed early for the night. It all felt very rude and uncourteous. They could see people waiting and didn't bother to go over the speaker and say they were closed. I really like this location but was very disappointed...

Its been awhile since ive been here. Not a lot of patrons when i went in maybe 3 tables. But drive thru was a bit long wait. There were about crews working. I ordered only a fries for my kid. And i would say that it was the longest wait ive evee waited for a fastfood joint. And when i see the fries on top of the counter i knew it was mine but it took them quite awhile to even bother to call or even serve it. Finally when the lady went and served it. She didnt even bother to ask if we wanted a ketchup. I said something but she was quick enough to turn around and ignore what i said asking for ketchup. She served other patrons order but i heard her asking if they wanted ketchup. I went to the counter to ask ketchup but both crews behind the counter werent facing the counter instead busy talking. I think this has to be address to the staff. Or yet maybe more customer...

I came to get a shake and it was watery no thickness to it at all. I let him know it was watery and he said they have been leaving the ice cream out all day due to a high demand of milkshakes.They needed the ice cream to be softer in order to get the shakes out faster. I don’t believe that dairy should be left out and by the looks of the consistency I would say that is a health concern. When I asked for a new he said it would be the same thing as the others. I said this is milk I wanted a shake. Now he doesn’t want to refund my money. He is saying he can’t refund it when I asked for a different shake he said he can’t do that either. His name is Diego.
