Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ventura

I am not sure what has been up with this location, it used to be really good... but the past couple months my orders are ALWAYS wrong and the ratio of the ingredients has been so wonky.

I have gotten quesadillas with all chicken, but literally no cheese holding it together. Or order a Crunchy taco supreme, the screen and receipt says crunchy, but somehow I get home with a regular soft taco no supreme with a barely any meat on it just all lettuce. I am not even a meat girly either, so.

I used to recognize the people working there, now it's all different people and it seems like they really don't care and almost give me the vibe that they're trolling. I say trolling because it's the strangest phenomenon that the items I specifically order without cheese, somehow always come to me with A LOT of cheese, but the items I order with cheese and sour cream somehow never come with it? When I order the vegetarian options, they will somehow always give me meat?

It's just weird how they get everything so insanely...

This Taco Bell and the one in Newbury Park are two of the best Taco Bells I have ever been to. The service is always great and staff is very friendly. The manager at this location knows how to take care of customers and is very kind. My order is always prepared very quickly and I've never had any issues. Thank you!

Update 12/10/23: Still one of the best Taco Bells I've been to. I went in with a friend last night and we ordered on the kiosks. The order might have been skipped on accident, because we waited 25 minutes for our order. One of the employees told another employee in spanish "There is no order", to which I understood and showed them my receipt. They were able to locate the order on the screen and proceeded to make it. This long time existing store was just remodeled and recently re-opened. It looks 100% better. I've been to this location many times over the years and they've had decent food nearly all of the time. However, I went last night to check it out and was sorely disappointed. I ordered 4 hard shell tacos and a burrito. The taco shells we're very stale, you can tell by the texture and crunch. These were old and a bit chewy. It looks like they either haven't rotated out their old stock or maybe they saved the shells from the remodel and decided to serve them 2 months later!? Sadly, the manager on duty did nothing about it, didn't check on the shells or their stock. My only 2 options given we're a refund or be stuck eating them. They really lack proper training but I guess thats what you get, after all,...
