Worst service Iâve ever received from a Starbucks. The older Hispanic lady making drinks was beyond rude to my husband. We ordered 2 drinks, simple with no changes to the original drinks. My husband asked for two sweetener packets so i could sweeten my own tea. Annoyingly she grabbed two packets, opened them and poured them into my husbands coffee. My husband politely told her he didnât want the sweetener in his already sweetened coffee but that it was for the other drink. She snatched his coffee up, tossed it into a sink, making it known that she wasnât happy and remade his drink. We werenât upset that she mistakenly put them in the coffee bc mistakes happened but her attitude and body language made for a terrible awkward experience. I understand everyone has bad days but unfortunately when in costumer service and dealing with the public you have to fake it till you make it, even on the bad days.    Read moreJust went to vons hoping to get starbucks on 02/20/20 @11:15am. Young lady there was too concerned with talking to friends on the side. Not only that, they were all speaking loudly and cursing up a storm for everyone to hear because apparently they were upset that someone was "talking sh*t" as the starbucks employee gracefully put it.. Multiple times.. I looked over shocked that they were willing to speak like that in front of customers. They looked back at me, unbothered. I left without getting coffee or the sandwich I came for. Very unprofessional.
