Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Vernal

The food is okay. Every time I eat a sandwich from here, it feels like I'm eating bread smashed around meat. It's like eating a basic deli sandwich from a grocery store.

The cookies are good. The sides are okay.

The service here is 5 stars. All of the employees I have interacted with here have been friendly, and they smile.

The reason I gave one star is the delivery. I don't know what happened, but this year has been terrible for delivery. The past three years had way more consistency, and rarely would you see a mistake. This year, every delivery order has had an issue with it, but it seems like it has gotten progressively worse. I don't trust delivery anymore. Now I only order in the restaurant, and even then, I make sure everything is correct...

Love these guys. Never had a bad sandwich here! The staff is always so friendly as well :) The bread’s my favorite part, its always fresh and just a step above your average sub sandwich bread. I always come here for a club lulu (#16) as their bacon is hard to resist haha (I wouldve put a picture of the sandwich with this post but i was hungry!) Went to the drive through for lunch at about 1:20 today 5/7/25 it was so packed ( which is good right) the wait didn’t bother me I ordered a Turkey Tom and a Pepe they were both good. I need to come here more. When I pulled up to the window to get my food all the workers were working so hard I’m sure they were overwhelmed with how packed it was today but it was refreshing to see them working and not just teenagers sitting on their phones.
